Cosmic_Horror Thank you for your submissions! I like all of those splitter ships however about half were DQ'ed since the AI did not fly the ships the correct orientation that were split off.
The ships Copernicus Frigate V2, Copernicus Frigate, Mini Ion Swarm, Mini Railgun Swarm passed! they will be added into the bounty mode in a sub folder with your name on it! Thank you very much for submitting such high quality splitter ships!

Just a small update that adds splitter ships and the ability to have AI use explosive charges a Mod developed by clojelo if you want a link to that mod it is in the original post
I wanted to get more weapons added in the mod this week but that did not happen, but I will endeavor to get them into the mod next week.

Alpha Thank you for another submission! It passed! Only one question do you mind if I change the how the ships are attached to the carrier? when the fighters separate from the carrier their laser blasters cannot shoot forward because they are blocked by structure. if you want I can place them on the engine pods so they do not obstruct the laser blasters.
Northerner Sweet I'm glad you liked the designs! I'll post some none splitter ships later and see if some of those pass the testing. I want to play this mod so bad but I don't currently have much time, sometimes I wish I was jobless :c

Question about player submitted ships, Do you peeps want player submitted ships to be gated off in the arena still like they currently are or have only ships with modded parts relegated to the arena?
Personally I like them being only in the arena as it gives the arena its own unique flair, however that could also be said about being the only place to find ships with modded parts.
Northerner I noticed that problem, I tried a different solution that didn't work, but that sounds good. Feel free to improve it by doing that!

Northerner Maybe split it up, some go into the arena only, some don't. Perhaps the hardest ones in the arena. This might be unfair for the players to see their designs come less often as others, so maybe the idea isn't so good.
If I need to choose between your two options, I would follow your own opinion. It indeed would have some charm to have them in the arena only.
Northerner I think it'd be cool to have player submitted ships in BH mode, and have the modded ships in the arena as they're probably the most powerful. You're the mod creator though so you should fallow you're own gutt.

Since I have pretty good selection of splitter ships in the mod now I will now be testing them like I do other ships. Most of the splitter ships in the mod now would have passed normal testing so its not like it is not possible.

Cosmic_Horror A lot of them would be better without the clumped reactors. I would test out each compartment individually to make sure they are scraping the barrel when it comes to crew, energy, and ammo use.
ImNotLaffng I think the ships will do well enough, they're not completely min-maxed. I think it's okay if a module pops all at once, I do agree with you on the tier 8 ships though, their reactors could use better spacing.
