Well this awkward, my HDD has been slowing down and I think its getting ready to die so I'm backing up what I've done in this updated to Galaxy in Flames so far, and to be honest I didn't get much done.
0.5.7 adds the heavy cobalt cannon and the arena mode for BH its very much in the rough but this is just so I can backup my stuff and was not intended to be the full update.

That_Angry_Man hypothetically that makes sense but since I only test submitted ships against my own that would imply I would be capable of making perfect ships and I have, historically, been really bad at ship building. A moderately optimal ship will usually pass without any issues.

Northerner Thanks! ive made many versions of this ship, some that would reach almost 5M or 10 mill, but those ships were quite ineffective at those tiers, so i made this one just under 2.5M to get into the 9th tier, and it did really well when i tested it, of course i added some missile launcers for additional damage 
pluss its frikin bootyfull, heheh
I'm going out on a limb here but I REALLY want some splitter/mother ships in the mod for the arena mode so if you got some splitters ships and you want them in the mod post away! I'm going to go much easier on them than most other designs.
So stuff like this:

Oneye yes that is the plan, I'm going modify clojelo's Explosive Charge and integrate it into Galaxy In Flames.
I'm going to make a number of small modification to Galaxy in Flames and then resume sprite work again. Including but not limited to crediting clojelo with his awesome mod

Cosmic_Horror Thank you for your submissions! I like all of those splitter ships however about half were DQ'ed since the AI did not fly the ships the correct orientation that were split off.
The ships Copernicus Frigate V2, Copernicus Frigate, Mini Ion Swarm, Mini Railgun Swarm passed! they will be added into the bounty mode in a sub folder with your name on it! Thank you very much for submitting such high quality splitter ships!
The_Bloodnaught Thank you for your submissions! I passed lancer but not chimera, I only did that because Chimera is your two other submission put together... however if chimera split into 3 ships... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Just a small update that adds splitter ships and the ability to have AI use explosive charges a Mod developed by clojelo if you want a link to that mod it is in the original post
I wanted to get more weapons added in the mod this week but that did not happen, but I will endeavor to get them into the mod next week.
