Cosmic_Horror A lot of them would be better without the clumped reactors. I would test out each compartment individually to make sure they are scraping the barrel when it comes to crew, energy, and ammo use.

    ImNotLaffng I think the ships will do well enough, they're not completely min-maxed. I think it's okay if a module pops all at once, I do agree with you on the tier 8 ships though, their reactors could use better spacing.

    Cosmic_Horror thank you for you submissions! Your tier 2, first tier 8 and all of your tier 11 ships passed testing and will be added into your folder!

    Even though your reactors were clumped together, survivability, was not really an issue.

    Alpha thank you for your submission! Yes it did pass! It will be added into your sub folder.

    It beat every tier 11 with the exception of invictus and nightstar

    I also replaced your splitter design with the updated one.

    I have been doing some thinking and I've come to the conclusion that tier 11 has way to much price gap so in the next update tier 11 will be split in half so the price range will be 5 to 75 and tier 12 will be 75 to 10

    Half tempted to fix up some of my ships made in Bounty Hunter and submit them.

      kieffer5101 Thank you for your submission! And what a beautiful ship! It's a shame I don't take aesthetics into account in this mod. As pretty as she is this ship did not pass.

      As a side note you are missing doors on your railgun so it wasn't staying powered. I fixed that for the tests but the result was the same.

          Alpha Thank you for for your submission! However this ship did not pass. The shields were destroyed in the beginning of the fight right after they went down. My recommendation would be to move the shields back and put armor in front of them. If possible I would also cut out 2 shields, some armor and one of the command rooms and add more weapons.

          Not to rain on your parade but, in case you didn't know, the AI in the arena will begin to attack you as soon as you enter an arena world so by using sensor arrays you handicap yourself.

          Ships in the normal worlds use the normal/hard AI so sensor arrays are useful on those ships. In general you wouldn't use a sensor array on a tournament ship but you also don't generally have tournaments with the max total cost being over 1,000,000 either. So in price ranges above 1,000,000 I can put arrays because I have the extra cost and it doesn't affect combat performance in a negative way... generally.

            Northerner Yeah, it was just the idea of smaller ships with sensor arrays. They are indeed a handicap, but I wanted to try. (I totally forgot about the covering shields in armor thing, I don't know why I didn't do that this time...) I'll try again later.
