A Blood Red Feather... (and a Fidget spinner)

Recently the STE came into possesion of two Items from @jbox1 In this thread:

1:A blood red feather
Currently Tied onto a necklace around the empress's neck.
the Feather came with the following note:

@jbox1 is not responsible for any effects that the blood red feather may cause. Nor do we know how to destroy it, so it’s really the problem of whoever owns it.

So far, it has caused her to tie it close around her neck, and become slightly parranoid whenever someone mentions the Feather (Here) . It also caused her to hear faint whispers...

2:A "Figit" Spinner
Currently resides in the Second Tau Empire's Dead meme museum,
where it eventually will Be crushed by some guy in a green suit jumping down and saying "Im Gay".

Hexer's old body appears in the center of the STE's Council room. It flops on the floor lifeless, but quickly awakens.
"Ah, wha? What? Where? How? Ahh, I see."
Hexer finishes spouting a senseless monologue and stands up, holding his head as if he has a massive headache.
"Now, it would be dumb to assume I did not have a backup for a backup. Even though I did not want nor deserve this third chance, it is here. Of course, some giant worm cannot be considered Offworld territory, right? And my last body was definitely built for combat, so, you know the drill. Here, give this to the leader of your empire."
Hexer puts some sort of weird handcuffs and a Glock 3500 on the floor, then proceeds to sit near and play rock, paper, scissors with a random number generator until disturbed.

After some time passed, a single tau walked into the room.
After turning on a switch at the door, a second set of lights illuminated the room, more so than before.

The Tau almost missed Hexer sat down, but after rubbing his eyes in disbelief as to how something got into a locked room overnight, he decided to speak up.
"hey uh, how did you get in here, and why are you in the hall.
The meeting doesn't start for another hour."

I will answer your question, however: I managed to totally accidentally get a weapon in some worm's stomach that totally can't be considered Offworld territory. Of course, this breaks our peace treaty, which leads to me being in possession of Tau Empire, to put it bluntly. I will assure you that without me, these idiots won't even arm a nuke without it exploding in their face. Also, here."
Hexer throws a small box at the Tau. It is an FTL drive shrunken and stripped of all but the most vital parts, and it's a miracle that these things are not only working, but can be somewhat reliably mass-produced.

The Tau places the box on one of the nearby seats and turns back to face Hexer.
"wait... so your ours now?
And this is how you got here?
anyway, I'm only here to get the hall ready for the meeting later

He then thinks about it for a moment, although really can't think of anything else to say.

Less than a couple of minutes after leaving the room he returns,
This time with one of the higher ups.
His insignia on his arm labels him as a Command officer
And the smaller label below it states he is head of the HQ's command post.
Although as of lately, the forces stationed at the HQ where moved to defend another planet,
leaving few things for the commander to command.

"so then, I'm told you are Hexer right?
Well then, welcome to the HQ's Conference hall.
Although it's more of a room really, nowhere near big enough.
And I'm also told you want commands
So then... tell me what are you good at exactly
Then ill be able to give you something to do..."

Hexer pauses for a moment, and then reaches behind his back and pulls out two white discs, he immediately throws them on the floor in front of the commander. They project two pieces of a hardlight hologram, Hexer adjusts them so the hologram is whole.

U00 Hexer
Combat: 4 Precepts, 1 reins-type augment. Inbuilt shoulder cannon, activated by Precepts and is not considered a weapon. Standard-issue hands, capable of strong punches. List Precepts and augments?
Logistics/utility: 100 kg weight. Capable of holding up to 200 kg without damage to systems. Inbuilt magskates, up to 30 km/h on steel or alternative surface. Computing focus, allows to focus on a specific task and abandon all other non-vital thought processes. This focus cannot be forced, doing so will simulate an aggressive reaction instead. 1 non-combat Precept allows climbing walls of any sort if they are magnetic. Augmenting this allows to propel off walls with great force and latch onto walls from up to 10m distance.
Social: capable of sarcasm, understanding innuendos and implications. Keeps a "reputation log" for every person encountered as a value from 0 to 64, changing behavior accordingly. Understands titles and social status, will seek to improve the latter. ContiuERROR: HOLODISK DAMAGE DETECTED. CANNOT PERFORM HOLOGRAM EXTENSION.

Hexer does not even try to read what is in the hologram, and does not notice the error.

The Commander stares at the hardlight hologram,
vastly superior to any projection device the STE has access to.
"umm I think its broken.
But anyway, I'm sure the researchers over at Research and development would love you on their... project.
Their lab is down the corridor, down the main stairs to floor -4 then second on the right.
Should you accept.
NOT the one on the left... thats an... old lab of sorts.
That or you could continue to sit and play err what was it again?

Hexer picks up the disks, which turn off as soon as they're touched.
"Sounds more interesting than this anyway. This is for you."
He points at the pistol and handcuffs he left on the floor, and leaves to the lab.
Hexer arrives at the new lab safe and sound.

Its been noticeable for a while now.
All of the STE transports leaving for a certain location.
But no-one knows where for sure.
And its certain that all transmissions sent to the STE

A strange, large, never-before seen ship leaves hyperspace just outside of STE space. It is somewhat remenicent of a Star Destroyer, and is obviously a carrier/ small capital ship, however, is has no internal storage for ships, meaning that they are docked on the exterior of the ship. However, they are obscured with large, carbon nanotube tarps. Altogether there are 8 ships docked. An individual was standing stuitless outside the carrier, wearing a brown robe that obscured their identity. It was obvious, however, that this person was wearing a small oxygen mask of sorts. The individual was holding some sort of blueprint. The ships waited.

The person standing outside the ship transmitted a message. "100k for each ship. As for this..." He held up the blueprints, "250k". He let the ships on the carrier undock and began autopiloting until close enough for the carriers to pick them up. He put the blueprints in a small canister, which then did the same as the ships.
