Two months prior to their return:
"graham, we can't survive against them
We need to devise a way of getting rid of them"
"they have that parasite right?
They are trying to cure it so here's the plan:
We fake the ISC's death
Then sabotage their Cure
Make it attack them to kill within a week"

"but they don't care about making a cure"
"then we make them care!
We already have ways of infecting them with a slightly worse strain
Then that will make them want to cure it!"

"good plan!
But they will realise if you are still alive"
"then I let my ship and me go down fighting
I'm sure they will stage a rebellion soon
Then we get some of our fleet to go attempt to assist other factions
Make it look like that's all we've got left
But in reality, we could have a huge stockpile!
Around 100 ships should do it"

The Return of the ISC

Turns out, this whole rebellion was their plan all along.
However their plan has not worked
And so they have awoken the crews in cryostasis
And proceeded to just wage war against the STE.
Currently they have 26 ships
10 capitals (majestic class)
And 16 Ildiran class ships.

Currently, they absolutely hate non humans and humanoids, including Tau's
They are the mirror opposite of the STE in this regard.

Expect lots of war coming from them...

Price list:

this is a security company after all, and so you and your faction can hire them:

Prices:
Hit and fade destruction of lightly or unarmed Transports:
price range:
small transports: 50,000c per ship
medium transports: 100,000c per ship
heavy transports/megaships: 150,000c per ship

Blockade of lightly or unarmed star-port or planet:
price range:
around 250,000c per day, depends on size
planets minimum of 500,000c

Defence of installation or planet:
price range:
100,000 minimum per day, 200,000 payment for engaging enemy
200,000 for medium to large planets / installations, same engagement cost

until more ships acquired, more tasks unavailable

Wait until Domini Naturae hears bout this...

G4L4XY
Considering they are a security company, with no static population,
Killing them off will be very difficult.

The only static population are the hundreds of thousands in cryostasis pods aboard the remaining stockpiled ships.
However they have not been awoken yet.

The location of these ships, would be hard to determine.

Also god damn it, can't even update the ISC ships till the star wars mod updates 🙁

Jenwuf ...Wait... The STE Said that this was their Plan... But the ISC planned for their Plan and built a Plan Around it...

PLANCEPTION!

Jokes aside, Awesome plot twist!

UPDATE:
Yes, I do in fact have plans for this faction.
The idea is, have a map similar to this (just not animated, so maybe more detail):

And have the STE and ISC battle it out.
Of course, others can join, however only a single flotilla/battlegroup is allowed
And they are under the designation: volunteers

Basically, you send your volunteers
They can take up a position and plan attacks and defences.
The idea is, upon attacking via the route, the ISC/their volunteers can intercept
And a encounter starts.
Basically, a zoomed in version of the normal map,
And the intercepted forces begin a more in depth, in game based battle.

However, starfighters will play a major role.
If you don't have good defences, expect your bridge to go down very quickly.
The ISC, having advanced tech, compared to the STE, so they have shield penetrating torpedoes for their bombers.
Stealing this tech for the STE, could easily turn the tides here.

But! Don't expect just that, the ISC will continue attempting to use biological warfare.
And will attempt to destroy any and all non humans.
In fact, they might attempt to make a new TAUDIE... but who knows.

Sombreroman
Well, here, some more info:
Two weeks after original ISC's creation (Graham talking to recon leader) :
"so, its clear they will become an issue
I need you to infiltrate this, rebellion of theirs."

"but sir! I'm just a regular guy"
"I know! Thats the point, you will be perfect for recon leader
Not only will setting this position up, and making Tau's
Allowed to apply for recon team, delay their thoughts if there is a rebellion
It also makes you more convincing! They won't suspect a thing.
Anyway, we need you to go to this location.
We are sure their meetings are held here.
All we need to know is if they are real, then, we can plan."

"yes sir."

two days later

"ah! You again, so any info?"
"yes, they exist
There is a rebellion"
"I knew it!, well, we can wiretap that hall
So good job! Dismissed."

"but sir! They are right
This, what we are doing is wrong! Evil
We can-"
"haha, you believe that crap?
Come on, they just need an exuse.
We are perfectly fine! We are good people.
Now get out of my office."

A month later, the rebellion happened.
But due to those few words "yes they exist"
The ISC had a counter-plan.
And so, set a insane man's plan into action.
To commit genocide, on a scale no-one had seen before.

Maybe if you found the Recon team leader... he could help you.
Or maybe he was drafted into the new ISC... who knows...

But yes, the ISC are very good at long term plans...
The STE not so much.

a month later

Jenwuf After a while of Seemingly nothing Happening, the Captain of the "Last" ISC ship hears something above him, inside the vent system. However, when he has his weapon primed at the vents they have stopped Clambering. At first, you think this is just some sort of lone Mouse Tau that accidently got onboard, but then You detect an Escape pod Ejecting from the Ship. You wonder, Wait... Who did we let on the ship earlier...? A Scan reveals two lifeforms onboard the ship.

Then It hits you. It's that Man and his Son From earlier that you met when you visited. He hitched a Ride away From B.L.A.D.E. onboard. It seems they're just off for the Planet you're above. But they're both aliens, and you have plenty of time to destroy the pod... It's your choice.

Sombreroman
Due to the insane amount of paper work required to shoot at a life pod, the captain of the ship initially orders his crew to hold fire...
Argh! and the cost, damn things cost way too much to be an escape pod.
But... what if i should shoot it, the captain thinks.
they could do anything... oh god.
Just think! all the damage that could do if it hits something!
or.. or if it killed someone! or hit an aircraft or...

by the time he decided to change his mind, the escape pod had long exited firing range.

Jenwuf The Pod Flies into the Planet Below... With a hard Crash, the Pod Finally Stops... After going through an Abandoned Building, into a Hillside. By the time He opens the Pod, Zarakon already realizes what he's just got himself into. This will, without a doubt, Make him wanted dead or alive. He Picks up his Son, Who was Knocked out in the Crash, and begins making a run for his life over the hillside. In the Meantime, the Abandoned Building seems to be mostly stable, but there's still a gaping hole through the middle of it...

Sombreroman
The ship in orbit notified the authorites almost immidiately.
A quadrotor is sent to investigate the crash site (Quad small rotor personell transport drone, basically a glorified cargo container shape with four rotors attached to its sides.)
Although, due to this being now peacetime, it will take a while for the soldiers to embark.

Zarakon has a small window of time to find somewhere to either hide, or contact outside help.

As he reaches the top of the hillside, he sees around him:
A small town/city
A seemingly robotic enhanced industrial complex
A research facility adjacent to the complex
and finally a forested area obscuring a part of a lower piece of land nearby, he can faintly hear heavy Machinery from inside.
(and of course more hills, plains ect)

Jenwuf Zarakon Runs toward the Forested area for Cover. It should also be a good area to get life essentials... Although he is aware of the Machinery he's hearing from outside, he decides it's worth a shot for resources, while he still has time. His son is still knocked out cold, causing Zarakon to wonder if he should just surrender at this rate, but he stays vigilant anyway...

    Sombreroman
As he enters the forest, he can clearly hear sounds that sound like a chainsaw.
the forest itself is rather empty because of this, but the deforestation effort has knocked a lot of a strange orange fruit off of the nearby trees, so if Zarakon intends to stay here for a while, the fruit might be a valid option if they turn out to be safe to eat, although it might be a bad idea to stay in the path of the chainsaw machine.

In the far distance, muffled by the nearby tree-felling, rotor blades can be heard swiftly cutting through the atmosphere

Although, now he thinks about it, the Chainsaw operator might have a radio he could sneakily use...
or, he could continue on, although exiting the forest while there could be a quadrotor is a bad idea.

Jenwuf Zarakon Strips a Tree For Bark using his Claws, then Creates a bag for the Fruit from it. From there, He Sneaks into the other side of what remains of the forest. Since he knows that... They would know a forest would be his best bet for survival, Zarakon Waits for the Dropship to land before running to find some shelter away from civilization. In the Meantime, he begins talking to his still knocked out son.

Zarakon: "It's alright Kid... I'm not going to let 'em hurt us."

(It can be presumed he was on the ship for a while before landing, possibly overhearing Graham's... Reform, Per se, which is why he's fleeing so desperately; He knows the ISC has become Xenophobic, and He's probably going to be killed on sight...)

      Sombreroman
The dropship lands by the building with the crashed escape pod lodged in it, and proceeds to offload its troop compliment.
It does have Thermal imaging, but has a hard time distinguishing Zarakon from anyone else in the forest due to its poor image quality, the good quality equiptment is given to their space fleet.

The soldiers are too busy investigating the crash site to notice him, so he could make a run for it now.

(he probably wouldn't be killed on sight, but imprisoned and forced to do manual labour, like Tau's were)

Jenwuf After focusing for a while and recognising their equipment, Zarakon Taps a Tree For water, Packs some for his bag, and then Uses the Rest to turn some Dirt into mud. He covers himself in it to mask himself from the heat vision while he runs away from the forest, toward what he presumes to be a coastline. He's Looking for a Cave.

        Sombreroman
He in fact, was correct with his assumption, the area in front of him is in fact a coastline.
Although, caves are rather rare on the planet, he eventually, off in the distance sees what he thinks is one.
It sits by the shore on a cliffside, overlooking the ocean, he would have to climb to get to it, but at least the tide won't get in if he decides to stay there.
Behind him, the sound of the Quadrotor has stayed pretty constant.

Luckily for him, this is all during peacetime, its unlikeley they will notice him now unless he does something to alert them.

Jenwuf He Uses his claws to climb up the Cliffside, His Son in tow, until he eventually reaches the top of the Cliffside. He Cautiously looks behind him for the Quadcopter, then goes inside of the cave. He slightly regrets his decision to escape from B.L.A.D.E., because at least there he was safe, but He knows this is the only way his son could have a future. He Drops off his bag Beside his son, then walks outside to turn himself in to prevent his capture... But then He wakes up.

"Dad... Where are we? Are we safe?"

After looking at his son, Zarakon would turn away...

"You are... They'll find us eventually if we stay together."

His Son Knew what he was about to do. He Ran up to his father, and hugged his leg while he cried...

"Don't Leave me... Like Mom Did..."

Zarakon would lower down, Hug his son Back, Then Wave goodbye.

"You still have a future, Zakarbon. I don't want to do this either... But I must so you can live."

Zarakon would then climb down the Cliff and begin running toward the other side of the Cliff, Signalling the Quadcopter with his hands up... While his son watches helplessly as his father is arrested. This was his True plan. His son was all he had left, and sometimes... You need to let the things you love go so they can survive.

        Sombreroman
Zarakon was of course, now destined to a life of slavery at the hands of the ISC.
The soldiers presumed his son dead, and moved on.

        Jenwuf what is your goal?

          Gladiaxa
          To make money of course!

Jenwuf very well, extermination not planned then,
            thank you for this information!
