I will try to fix it for you tomorrow. But you're probably better of of building a new ship and practising some more. Nothing is more fun than having a ship that works awesome that you designed 100% yourselves.
The flaws I can see from the image:
-Reactors and factories too far away from weapons and shields. ( The most internal reactors are almost useless)
-More weapons are on your ship than it can handle effectivly.
-More electrobolts are used than needed.
