Alpha acutally shield arent really useful for really small ships (somthing like under 200k)

Alpha but normaly small ships have atleast 1-2 bolts,and it thats enogh to kill shields. also it does obsorve quite a bit of money since its about 2 laser

He is right that the shield can be a handicap when the other ship has electrobolts, but especially in the bounty hunter of the game that isn't always the case. The reason the new ship won is because it's just better designed.

Alpha there is a diffrent between mp and bh,and im allways focused at mp,so my tips is more toward mp.cuz in mp the ships allways have atleast 1-2bolts(or in some rare cases it dont)

CATMASTER I am more of a single-player gamer. I play multiplayer games, but I generally like single-player more.

Ammo factory is closer to cannon, vitals are better armored, and side thrusters should be more effective for rotation and strafing. The interior layout got weird, but it's also cheaper and a little lighter so you've got some room to make more changes if you like.

I will try to fix it for you tomorrow. But you're probably better of of building a new ship and practising some more. Nothing is more fun than having a ship that works awesome that you designed 100% yourselves.

The flaws I can see from the image:
-Reactors and factories too far away from weapons and shields. ( The most internal reactors are almost useless)
-More weapons are on your ship than it can handle effectivly.
-More electrobolts are used than needed.

It is much larger and more expensive than your version, but I had to redo alot;

-Added compartments
-Changed factory and reactor layout.
-Removed some electrobolts
-More thrusters
-Thrusters are now internal
-Better protected shields
-More efficient crew placement
-Improved missile placement
-More missile launchers
-Removed 1 sensor array
-...

Dovah The central part is 47 tiles away from the next reactor and can only receive energy from the right side, because the left side is blocked of with a sensor array. The battery store in the front is in fact empty when the ship is standing still with all the crew running around busily to try and keep the shields online. This makes the right side a weak spot as soon as this ship gets hit and fires its weapons. You should place a reactor in the middle and put a 2x1 armor block in front of it to make it stronger.
Also: There is a maze where the lasers are that makes the crew take detours to reach the right electro bolter. Try removing/adding doors as appropriate.

Dovah Here it is. Same weapons, same number of shields, same cost. Watch out this thing is a beast now and can easily kill two of your original ships in the Battle Helper. I moved the weapons' vulnerable turrets (except for one laser) behind the shields of which I turned all but the rear ones to face the front so they can protect the railguns and inner parts for a longer time. It is more vulnerable to flanking now. Next I added fire extinguishers to protect the ship from burning down due to reactor explosions. Speaking of which, I removed 2 reactors so the ship has drastically less energy to go with now. The remaining reactors are very close to the shields though so any bit of energy that becomes available can be used instantly to keep them online. As for the thrust I replaced some smaller engines and placed an engine room in the back. As long as it is powered, the ship has 7000 kN forward thrust compared to the 5900 kN it had before. The engine room will lose power during battle and leave you with 4000 kN until shields and weapons are filled again. As in your version the battery storage will run dry with time. There are now 3 compartments so you can fine tune which railgun accelerator is refilled from which side or who powers the engines. Should you lose a railgun, the crew from that side will automatically help in the middle section and vice versa. The result is that the central battery storage will get replenished and the central shields will become even stronger than before. (That was already happening in your version.) Most importantly though I spend excessive amount of credits to give each railgun its own adjacent factory to increase the fire rate.
