Dovah Look, that is a major improvement already! I think replacing one electrobolt with a laser would be slightly better, unless you intend it to take out shields of other ships while another ships wrecks it with more firepower.

Dovah So I took a look at your into, and since all I can think about is ship design I feel the need to mention that engine rooms are not thrusters and do not provide any thrust on their own. They only boost the thrust power of thrusters connected to them. You can know this by hovering over the part in build mode and reading it's description.

Ammo factory is closer to cannon, vitals are better armored, and side thrusters should be more effective for rotation and strafing. The interior layout got weird, but it's also cheaper and a little lighter so you've got some room to make more changes if you like.

Yea i found that out recently, those were my old ships they're really just taking up space in my Saved ships folder.

Alpha acutally shield arent really useful for really small ships (somthing like under 200k)

CATMASTER I find that shields provide a great bonus as long as your ship can supply it without losing to much firepower.

Alpha but normaly small ships have atleast 1-2 bolts,and it thats enogh to kill shields. also it does obsorve quite a bit of money since its about 2 laser
