Mod name: Uniform laser color
Compatible with Cosmoteer
Required for multiplayer:
Converts red laser and beam to the same color as that of crew uniform.

Crew uniform color can be set per ship at Paint panel.
This mod is still a work-in-progress. Laser color is dynamically affected by the player's viewpoint as different ships likely have different crew uniform colors.

Yes, the mod adopts Apache license v2.0 which enables freely use, modify, distribute, & even sell the mod.
You're encouraged to adopt same license for your mod but not obligated to do so.
Found a common bug; when using 2 or more ships, colors cycle at random.
You might have also noticed that Cosmoteer only allow the player to view internal of single ship at anytime. The game's shader uses a global variable
_uniformColor to get/set crew's uniform color of the ship that you're looking at. As a result, laser/beam color would change relative to the ship that you're looking at.
A workaround were to copy-&-paste crew uniform color to all ships ...lame.
