This mod converts ion beam emitter into tactical device that beams anti-personnel squad to enemy ship.
CAUTION: This mod replaces vanilla fire and redefine ion beam emitter.
Tactical beam abilities
Increased range
Pull hit target closer
Drain power of hit shield/part (with area effect)
Chance of boarding enemy ship
Deal no part damage
Saboteurs' abilities
Once saboteurs boarded enemy ship
Shoot the lights out
Emit a soothing ambience sound to loosen crews' guard
Spread out twice as effective as vanilla fire
Neutralize enemy crews twice as effective as vanilla fire
Leave ship parts mostly untouched

Are there anti-saboteur measures?
- Vanilla fire extinguishers have been repurposed to produce laser machine guns. Crews will pick up the firearms to clear the rooms.
- Tactical beam cannot send saboteurs past energy shield.
- Tactical beam cannot send saboteurs past ship armor.
This is too good to be true. There must be a catch, isn't it?
There will be tactical trade-offs when you decided to enable this mod
- Vanilla ion beam converted to tactical beam
- Vanilla FireDamage by cannon bullets is disabled ( FireChance = 0 )
- AreaFires from vanilla parts' DestroyedEffects is disabled ( AllowFriendlyFires = false )
Wait a minute... where did these saboteurs come from? I don't recognize them from my ship.
You're observant indeed. Most saboteurs are squatting elsewhere (beyond the Wall, Mini's wolves dens, Wayne's basement, Walt's garage, etc). They await deployment by personnel FTL via the tactical beam(s).
May I adapt the codes for my own mod?
