Huh, That's a new bug.
Yeah, some of the sprites of the mods that were not compatible with 0.13.2 now have some graphical issues. Archon's Plasma Turret Emitters have a similar problem, but the lights are rotating Around the emitter instead of On them.

Air411 i just reinstalled the mod for newer stuff and it says its on but there is nothing other than the vanilla stuff in the build menu.

It's likely an issue with the sprite dimensions.
In any case, it doesn't affect the upcoming version.

The bottom part was initially meant to be for the TAC, but I didn't have any fitting barrels at the time.
I made the Vulcan barrels as a joke and never intended to release them, but people loved them so much I would've felt bad for withholding them.

I've fixed the Oigami's most severe bugs - I think the only fixable one left is the barrel animation.
I may rewrite the pieces of code that I suspect are causing the issue, but I doubt I'll get over my laziness any time soon.
In the meantime, I'm waiting for Celestia to deliver the Ogoto's part.txt.
The mod will be updated shortly after I receive it.
Mrowte her bullets can penetrate armour, will be good this weapon against armour.
It'll penetrate armor, but deal relatively low damage.

An idea for something new for the mod, you should try to make something thats huge and intimidatingly Powerful and destructive like the death start laser is, only, not a death star laser
