Nurian frowned and halted, seeing as the individual which just dropped from the sky does not seem to make any attempts of fleeing or attacking.
He headed towards the townhall slower this time than intitally, scanning the wolf-like humanoid for psychic resonance on the way there...

The Wolf-like humanoid seems to barely emanate a psychic signature by itself, one'd even ponder wether he is a psychic or just passed through an area of high psychic activity and carried some of it over. The difference would be minute, the only thing evident is that the small psychic power came from somewhere inside of him.

Adam saunters over to the room, and opens the door, then he looks round to the Androids.
"Daes yae knae ken whut a child eas lad?"
His brow furrows.
"I'sn reckon thaes are aboot twenty summers."

The Ambassador reaches the hall, the Town Hall is a large, Gothic building, with dark spires and a clocktower. It is decorated with a statuette of death, his scythe cradling the clock, a reminder perhaps that time is the greatest killer. There are two large hardwood doors, with bronze trimming on the wooden frames, large, and foreboding.

Nurian stops a few metres infront of the townhall and simply waits, observing...

Rhick's magenta eyes slant upward, if he had eyebrows, they too would be scrunched together. "... Juveniles perhaps? The imprint I got from Capella was that they were smaller than us, couldn't express themselves rationally but were full of boundless energy of some variety... Then again, Capella seems to have retracted from consciousness and left his ba-- er... 'Second brain' in charge."

He gestures to the distanced Android with dim, orange eyes, then went to check on the mer to see if they have somehow changed

The doors open, and he finds himself in a black and white marble tiled entrance hall, there are staircases to either side leading up to a landing with a balustrade, that looks over the entrance hall. A clerk dressed in a black waistcoat and with a pair of horn rimmed spectacles on his long nose is sitting at a counter to one side, scribbling in a book with a fountain pen, he looks up when The Ambassador enters, peering at him over his glasses.
"Can I help you?"

"Indeed you can!"

The Ambassador says, walking towards the clerk. He then leans over the counter with his head and arms crossed on top of it.

"I came over from Gostck to meet the mayor, may I make an appointment?"

"Oh, so you are not the foreign psionic signature that has been present in the inn and then left with the carriage to Gostck? Nor the individual that has been flying over the town at night, hm? Well then you likely won´t need the information we gathered so far either."
Nurian turns away, heading into the townhall...

"Of course..."
He looks rather oddly at The Ambassador.
"...Sir."
He flips through a small leather bound book, and scribbles an entry.
"There is an appointment available at a quarter past four."

It seems that they have... Inside the room stand two young adult Mer People, looking at Adam nervously with their deep yellow eyes, when Rhick appears in the doorway however, they smile, and seem to feel more at ease.
Adam looks at Rhick.
"Whul whaer are thay's claethes? They'll catch thur death aliken thut."

Rhick's expression screws up further - usually confusion does not bother him too much but both of his scouts are out of order and therefore he has no answer... Or fallback method of reliably collecting information. He's a communications expert with extended military knowledge, not a class-II scout with a fragmented soul.

"There's an error code for this, I think it's DC-940 or something, but it literally stands for 'What the Fuck?' And that definitely applies here..."

"Antares! Language! There's children in there!"

"THEY'RE NOT CHILDREN ANYMORE!!"

"... Error-968, What the fuck?"

"Wait, it's 968? Then what error code was I thinking of...? Oh, 946 - Unit stunned by weirdness."

Adam raises an eyebrow.
"Are yae tellin' me thut they wheren't like thus whaen yae found 'em?"
He walks into the room, toward the two, they shuffle uncomfortably and one Mewls at Rhick. Adam backs off a little.
"Whul I daen't think they like me."
He turns and walks out over to where Lady Deâth is standing, and converses with her. The Mer Children, or whatever they are, look uncomfortable.

"That would be five and a half hours sir."

"Very well then, that'll do. Call me Ambassador, everyone does."

He goes towards the exit of the town hall.

"I'll see you later mate!"

he exits the town hall, passing by Nurian and giving him a pat on the shoulder, before making his way to the houses adjacent to the wall that had some kind of psychic influence on them.

"Well, uh... Antares, what sort of clothing do these things wear?"

"The hell are you asking me for? Capella, what sort of clothing--"

"Primary memory-cache reboot sequence at 78%"

"Gee, thanks..." Out of options, Rhick turns to Adam. "You're local here and apparently have seen them before, what sort of clothing do these things wear?"

As the Ambassador walked by Nurian turned around.
"So you are the individual that has been in the bar during the incidient with the one called 'Nathaniel'."
Nurian frowns...
"What have you done to him?"

"I've no idea what you're talking about, I think you have the wrong Ambassador."

He says as he walks away.

The Ambassador stops walking away, saying to himself, in a low voice "Fine, I'll have it your way." He turns around, and heads to Nurian.

As he enters the Town Hall, Nurian finds the Mayor standing to one side of the hall, his hands clasped behind his back, he raises an eyebrow at the Gargoyle accompanying him.
"Greetings, I see you have acquired a... pet? I wished to speak to you regarding the incident with the bell, there are some complications and I wondered if you would be able to shed some light on them."

"It appears like that. What sort of complications and what knowledge do you require?"

The Ambassador enters the town hall, and says to Nurian:

"Fine then. You got me, maybe blending in isn't my specialty when I'm a walking beacon."

He leans against the wall, he likes to lean against things.

The mayor coughs.
"As it appears that I am going to be forced to see you before your appointment Mr "Ambassador", would you both please follow me, we will adjourn to my office where we may talk more privately."

There was a a faint smug smile on the mans face, though it disappeared before he turned around and the ambassador could see it...
