Antares does something really out of character - he chuckles.
"Imagine having to command androids that have human souls virtually implanted in them! Half the time they come up with some wacky idea that turns out better than your own! The standard human lifeform is truly an enigma."
"Witty caution: Says the one who himself has a human soul."
"Usually they only experience one or two lifetimes. I have experienced an equivalent to four-and-a-half."
Duro turns to the cloaking device he made, wondering why the hell it isn't working. "Antares, I thought this thing actually works..."
"Must be the good lady's doing. Besides, knowing this, I only set it to hide the outpost, as she is likely to detect lifeforms rather than the base facilities - but seeing as they are... proven friendly, I see no harm in revealing it. Which reminds me... we're harboring two lost... how did Capella say it, mer-children? Two lost mer-children who I don't trust to be alone in this outpost without something awful happening to it... or them. And, before we leave, Arcturus, it's probably best to add another turret to the defensive perimeter. While I'm still on topic."
Duro shrugs with one arm, while the other arm finishes the new cart wheel, and then he starts printing a second turret for the outpost. "I'll, er, catch up later. I think a giant white-and-purple metal titan nearing town borders will freak out the locals far too easily."
