Meiko Not firing doesn't matter as much as you think. Also, you are designing for bounty hunter, your goal is to do as much damage to the player as your ship can before it dies. Cause it will die. Nobody goes into galaxy in flames thinking "i'm going to go to sectors equal to my ships cost" cause that would be suicide. So think more about how to do the most damage/ not die as quickly instead of if your ship is efficient or not, cause it won't really matter.
