I'm already glad you added those beams I suggested . Now you only need to implement a buff system, some kind of modular weapons and roof turrets. That way you have a very diverse set of gear and weapons.

Alpha yeah i have buffs, modular weapons and roof weapons all in upcoming features but they are not going to be implemented until phase II just focusing on the basic features of GiF for now
However if you have a specific buff you think would be interesting let me know! I have a full list of buffs, modular weapons and roof weapons i want to add on my computer. Most of the planned buffs are weapon, and shield buffs
But I've got some craziness planned for roof and modular weapons. My personal favorite is the kamikaze nuclear warhead that gets more powerful with additional charges.
I saw that you wanted ships for the GiF mod, and I have one that I'm currently designing. Do you want me to send you it when it's done to maybe put in the mod?

IVIemories I am accepting ships but currently I am only accepting "stations" these ships must be at least 10,000,000 and be mostly immobile. They can also have ships that split off of them so long as the vast majority of the ship is stationary.

dafeeeeeeeeeesh I've got a whole lot more weapons planned! Some of the up coming ones fire mini stars that explode and black holes that do damage over time!

Do you peeps think that the ships currently in Galaxy in Flames are still a challenge with the new weapons or do the ships need to be reworked to be more difficult?
Northerner I think you should have a seperate mod that has none of the modded meapons
kieffer5101 The lite version of GiF doesn't include the modded weapons. But it also doesn't have the side quest worlds.
It mostly for people with low end machines or people who want the base experience. I mean i could make another version without the modded weapons that includes the side quest worlds but that would be a nightmare to try to keep up to date along side the normal version of Galaxy in Flames.

When the mod is finished, whenever that is, I was thinking about hosing some MP tournaments. They would be similar to Memories tournaments but people would be using the latest version of Galaxy in Flames and not vanilla. Would that be something anyone would be interested in?
Northerner I like the idea, even while I basically miss every opportunity for tournaments.

Has anyone fought The Alexander yet? The rebel capitol ship found in the rebel station worlds (which is being changed to rebel strongholds) I want to make that ship a "win" condition to say you beat a campaign when you beat it but I'm not sure that can be done in a mod.txt
ALSO since there is an extreme lack of diversity in the rebel stronghold worlds I'm going to try to add more stations in its rotation at varying prices since there are only 3 ships in it current rotation and they are 1 3,000k station and then 1 16,000k station and the 16,000k Alexander so yeah. (plz submit stations)

It's a new update and that means new parts. Unlike the other parts in the mod these are extremely powerful but expensive. I tried to balance their power around being hard to actually land a shot but if you do it will be devastating.
