    Do you peeps think that the ships currently in Galaxy in Flames are still a challenge with the new weapons or do the ships need to be reworked to be more difficult?

      Northerner I think you should have a seperate mod that has none of the modded meapons

        kieffer5101 The lite version of GiF doesn't include the modded weapons. But it also doesn't have the side quest worlds.

        It mostly for people with low end machines or people who want the base experience. I mean i could make another version without the modded weapons that includes the side quest worlds but that would be a nightmare to try to keep up to date along side the normal version of Galaxy in Flames.

          When the mod is finished, whenever that is, I was thinking about hosing some MP tournaments. They would be similar to Memories tournaments but people would be using the latest version of Galaxy in Flames and not vanilla. Would that be something anyone would be interested in?

          Northerner I like the idea, even while I basically miss every opportunity for tournaments.

            Has anyone fought The Alexander yet? The rebel capitol ship found in the rebel station worlds (which is being changed to rebel strongholds) I want to make that ship a "win" condition to say you beat a campaign when you beat it but I'm not sure that can be done in a mod.txt

            ALSO since there is an extreme lack of diversity in the rebel stronghold worlds I'm going to try to add more stations in its rotation at varying prices since there are only 3 ships in it current rotation and they are 1 3,000k station and then 1 16,000k station and the 16,000k Alexander so yeah. (plz submit stations)

              Northerner Captured base sounds like a Fun, FTL-Esque Plot Twist!

              It's a new update and that means new parts. Unlike the other parts in the mod these are extremely powerful but expensive. I tried to balance their power around being hard to actually land a shot but if you do it will be devastating.

After the Karikai defeated the human fleets around Mars and brough the humans into peace negotiations several fringe worlds seperated from fragmented Human Federation and begain a guerrilla war to destroy the UCF.\n\n ● The Karikai are masterful fighters but their frail bodies make them rely on technology and distance to win a fight. They make up the core fighting force of the UCF.\n\n ● They are the first race to join the UCF and though they strongly opposed the humans induction into the UCF the destruction caused by the rebellion swayed them."

                  Adamite = "Bokoro weapons and equipment:\n\n ● The Bokoro look, to humans, like many large rocks lumped together to form a huminoid shape. The Bokoro are not a race to be insulted by creatures so small and there have been many (somtimes large) skirmishes between Human and Bokoro.\n\n ● They are low tech compaired to other races but are very strong, resiliant, prideful and enjoy close combat. They use high power missiles and cannons that are extremely effective at point blank range. Through a arrangment with the Karikai they also have a small selection of energy weapons.\n\n ● Though not a true member of the UCF, many Bokoro join the UCF as mercenaries."

                  Chlorophite = "Marian weapons and equipment:\n\n ● The Marian are a large humanoid species with exo-skeletons much like earths bugs. Thier appearance alone triggers most humans flight-or-fight responce, which is good since they are extremely hostile to humans.\n\n ● Unmatched in personal combat the Marian are exceptionally strong, fast, and intelligent. They use rapid fire cannons and advanced missiles, but they are actually afraid of energy weapons and do not use them. \n\n ● Though they are aiding the rebellion there are a few small colonies that are sick of the military state and have allied with the UCF."
