The missile ships hit the jet with missiles, as all of the deployable defenses began firing their weaponry. The plasma flying at them and attemting to hit while swarmer missiles flew at them.

The ships use their Laser PDS to destroy the missiles, while the shields take the plasma shots, being charged by the (new) Station.

Half of the GSR fleet stays in place, giving cover fire to Boiled_Cabbage and Brank , but only from the HI, not from the GIS. Hans exits the Ship in TYR, and together with a sizeable Portion jumps outside of the Interdictor field. The other half then jumps too, to meet the first half. The full fleet then meets at the beacon.

While they did this, defenses were being build around the battleships, mostly these large shield generators which also had FTL jammers and such on them. The defenses also included comms posts and other things. They were also letting constructors out into space to help build.

flying at high velocities, a massive rod flew into the station like a harpoon, the contents inside also exploded too as it impacted them.

It also contained a large unstable rift drive, so when it does explode it will tear the station trough dimensions and space

The station has a shield that is powered by a black hole. I think it can take a projectile.

(Considering this harpoon is almost as long as the flagship, it was build for quick strike tactics. It is basically like a long range artillery unit, sorry to not clear this up too much either)

*The fleet, launches its nukes, the FTL portal just exits right outside the FTL Exclusion Zone created by the FTL jammers (assuming my ships started out outside the FTL Exclusion Zone).

Since it was just set up, the current fleets are all inside of them, so it is meant to slow reinforcements and surprise attacks. The incoming nukes would be met with suicidal scouts who basically rammed them, causing them to get launched trough dimensions and space

The Battleship's Comm system comes online as Hans and Tyr were about to be deployed... so they were told. "UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE OCCURED, WARMASTER. We're taking you outside of the interdict field and initiating a plan B. The Stellar Assembly will not give in so easily."

((Well, the HI Interdict spheres are pretty special in that FTL travel is impossible in or out. The only effective way to bypass this seems to be through dimensional travel - Rift-based travel drives, to be exact. Thankfully, the Dimensional Collective are sending in another Beacon network to even the playing field - making their own Rift network more stable through the Interdict field and hopefully allowing allied reinforcements to ensue.))

The Collective Forces begin backing up, still firing with everything they have, though their initial forces have dwindled by now. Ferana was only partially surprised that whoever headed the Collective fleet did not send their Coreship through to try and assault the Star Forge his/herself... although they would not be so dumb to send their own coreship or all of their fleet at once. One has to give credit where credit is due - whoever her main opponent is must be giving everything they've got in their tactical handbook.

The Commander decides to retreat, it is too costly to destroy the Star Forge without heavy casualties.

On the outskirts of the interdict field, where the Allied forces are moving back to, rather weak Rift-Signatures can be detected. The Rift-structure took a large hit from the fragmented reality that resulted from the Forge's powers, but Trader-Class droneships, as well as Beacons of all classes can be registered entering the field. Some were damaged, others destroyed, but the Trader-Class vessels that are operational are attempting to make the best of a dire situation, and initiating immediate aid to the broken/disabled beacons and damaged ships of all allied fleets.

Meanwhile, on the outside of the field, the already set-up Beacon network, connected with Effervescent-Blade's own coreship, sends out a message to the entirety of the Stellar Assembly

The Imperial forces on the field pull back as the Forge roars back to full strength without the interference of the Rift. Ferana is not going to play right into her foe's hands. Although she is very impressed at their tactical ability, since any commander less skilled would've lost the battle several times over by now.

The Anhysbys forces do not retreat, as was expected from the allied forces.
Being a decent distance away, they cannot cover the GSR force's retreat.
Instead, the force merely moves back slightly to form a circular perimeter of "ships", so as to protect themselves.
Vast surges of energy seem to indicate that something is attempting to open a rift into the circle from eho-space.

Here the newly revealed Reality Editor acts. Within the system, it locks out all possibility of accessing the Shift and psionics, to guard against the possibility of Origin intervention. At the same time, it fires multiple bolts of quantum probability at the Anhysbys forces, distorting the rift entirely, and scattering the fleet, while Imperial ships bear down on them to drive them back to the rally point, out of the system. While this occurs, Imperial towboats go out and begin dragging in the wreckage left behind by the battle for analysis and processing. Of particular interest are the remains of the DC ships. At the Forge itself, thin latticeworks of new rings are already stretching across the gap left by the earlier attack. Also, new rings are being laid around the entirety of the Forge, to some unknown purpose. also installed are even more sensors and point defense cannons, along with security forces being cloned by the hundred thousand to forestall the obvious tactic of borders.

The Imperial forces pull back slightly and draw up into proper battle formation, while the drydock bays creak open, and spit out massive monsters of ships, two hundred KM long if they're an inch, with spatial distortion spinal cannons, and other more esoteric armanents. Ferana is settling in for a long siege, and she will not yield, save at the cost of a million shattered enemy ships or more.

The fighters and bombers would seem to activate their engines, as a scout for every 100 fighters came over, and made rifts. The fighters location after the jump was behind the DC's own rift, the fighters and bombers began going to attack. The attacking force is 1000 fighters, 300 heavy fighters, and 300 bombers

At this moment it seems scouts began making another rift, but this time it was flashing blue and purple, unlike its normal solid purple. The forge seemed to start getting damaged. as large chunks of its outer ring is being flung through dimensions and space, OMEGAS advanced greater AI was laughing now

The ai stopped laughing now, as the broadcast ended, the HI ships also being sucked in with omegas ship into the large unstable rift. Omegas ships simply made their own rifts and got out of there
