"The Balancing update"
as ive been busy making the mod, i have had little time to test the weapons.
today, while making my faction ships using this mod, i found many flaws in the weapons.
so they have all been re-balanced.
one such change is that now the NebelWerfer has less initial firing delay.
along with all weapons now doing damage to shielding.
this means a full broadside of rockets hitting shields will take them out:
7x NebelWerfer
To offset this, ive reduced damage for "rockets" to low numbers, requiring multiple consecutive hits to destroy armour. (remember it takes up to 50-60 seconds for the rocket's to be fully reloaded for a broadside like the above)
Alongside this, i've increased the damage and radius for the Type-4 and changed the Type-4 piercing to a shield buster, doing insane damage to shields.
