The admiral is simply stood some distance away, seemingly having not moved, holding a white spherical object, the object seems to have a display on it, and the display is flashing a deep red.
Looking down at the Govenor and she clearly also has one, however only has one of the LED's lit up in green, compared to all the LED's lit up in red.
Now his robe has been pushed to his back, he seems to be wearing nothing you would call armour, just standard navy personell clothing.
He simply Stands still, A smile on his face.

The Baron stabs into the Governor, grabs the crystal on his thigh and rips it off of the chain it was hanging from. Around his body the shimmer turns greenish blue and then disappears. "What is that Admiral? An explosive?"

He slowly walks towards the Baron.

The Baron walks towards the Admiral and puts away his blades but keeps the crystal in hand.

He laughs. "Barter? Why would I bargain with the dead?" He throws the crystal into the lower portion of the grenade, missing his target slightly but pinning it to the Admiral's hand regardless. A greenish blue shimmer appears on the Admirals body and then becomes transparent. Other than stabbing through his hand, the crystal doesn't seem to harm to him.

He (attempts) to grip the grenade tighter, regardless of how much pain this may cause him.

"Its a personal shield." The baron begins to wipe off his blades. "When that blows," he points to the grenade, "it will surely destroy the crystal and cause a temporary disruption of our technology in the area but the blast you're counting on will be limited to yourself."

After the Condense and its lifeline class Fuel ship did not arrive home this evening, The STE second fleet has been called to defend the planet, alongside this, ALL civilians have been evacuated, the last of which landed on the homeworld earlier, this decision was made earlier in the day, before the second fleet, so has been easy to achive.
this is an image taken by our reporter earlier, of the fleet refueling in orbit, apparently the Lifeline class ships have been modified to restock ammunition and food supplies.
This action will hinder any attacking forces, but surely will also hinder the STE's attack plan for The UG, with some First fleet ships having been drafted for this defence.
The above image shows Two new fighters in use by the STE, at the front, three of the new "Brit" class light fighters, and to the rear a single "Zero" Class heavy-fighter. These are armed with a side variant of the 6-Inch gun. Designed by BLK during the 200 year war.

As for the planet, we will not withdraw from it's defence, but continue the evacuation of civilians.
Then station the old ISC planetary defence battery on the planet, to ward of any megaships.
For if they warp one in, it will fire, shredding part of it in the process.
Also, all allied forces under our command will be drafted into this conflict.
This plan will allow us to continue aiding Thrawns empire in attacking the UG.
Due to it not taking too many resources to do...

A plan to starve the court's ally, the republic of it's ship building capability. (@G4L4XY )
This will prevent them from joining the war
The plan is as follows,
Send small taskforces to destroy or damage shipyards and refuelling facilities.
If possible capture tech we could use in the process
If their ally is cooperative instead,
Transfer all forces to assist in the attack of the UG or our defence as needed.
If they turn out to join thrawn or us, this plan will also be cancelled
so then... it is decided"

(later today, the fixed cure for the great genetic plague will be rolled out, fixing their corrupted lifespans among other things, that will lead to a much quicker expansion and repopulation rate, and will be the transition from small tiny power, to aggressively expanding Empire.

As previously mentioned, the Great Genetic Plauge basically was just a reason i could exuse my lack of activity through RP, this however, will however soon come to a close, before the cure is "rolled out", and i begin truly working on this faction and their rapid expansion, a few things need to be done first, one of which, is deciding how the Alliance with Thrawn will unfold.
The STE:
The STE will remain fully indipendent, they will not become govened Entirely by thrawn, however, will act as an ally and follow any orders or laws given to them (within reason, no mass Genocides, kinda their main weakness)
rather than send their own forces to most conflicts, a new fleet will be made...
Fleet Commander (insert character name here)
Rather than the STE be involved in minor conflict, instead a new fleet will be headed by a yet undecided character i will make (likely a former Rear Admiral from the STE). This fleet will be the first to act upon Thrawn's orders, and more importantly it's size will be dictated by their current position in the Thrawn Heirerachy, rather than the STE's Resourses. At the moment that position is of Fleet Commander, so will contain some cruisers and other small support ships.
This fleet will not take commands from any STE Admirals, however may be called into warfare should anything escilate to "unsafe" levels.
However...
The STE is an ally first and foremost, and will not back down from this pact. They will through their Fleet commander, attempt to assist the Empire in any way possible.
Ships:
As of yet undecided, likely a conbination of a STE Deadlock class cruiser as its flagship, and various small FTL fuel, Cruisers, and Corvettes and Frigates, alongside two escort carriers (equivilent of Tie fighter carriers)
As a show of their original commanders, their coulors will be similar to normal STE ships.
These will be the first Dart Corp ships to be equipped with Bubble shields (once star wars mod updates for 0.14)
A Blood Red Feather... (and a Fidget spinner)

So far, it has caused her to tie it close around her neck, and become slightly parranoid whenever someone mentions the Feather (Here) . It also caused her to hear faint whispers...

Hexer's old body appears in the center of the STE's Council room. It flops on the floor lifeless, but quickly awakens.
"Ah, wha? What? Where? How? Ahh, I see."
Hexer finishes spouting a senseless monologue and stands up, holding his head as if he has a massive headache.
"Now, it would be dumb to assume I did not have a backup for a backup. Even though I did not want nor deserve this third chance, it is here. Of course, some giant worm cannot be considered Offworld territory, right? And my last body was definitely built for combat, so, you know the drill. Here, give this to the leader of your empire."
Hexer puts some sort of weird handcuffs and a Glock 3500 on the floor, then proceeds to sit near and play rock, paper, scissors with a random number generator until disturbed.
After some time passed, a single tau walked into the room.
After turning on a switch at the door, a second set of lights illuminated the room, more so than before.
"ahh, much Bett--
What"
The Tau almost missed Hexer sat down, but after rubbing his eyes in disbelief as to how something got into a locked room overnight, he decided to speak up.
"hey uh, how did you get in here, and why are you in the hall.
The meeting doesn't start for another hour."

I will answer your question, however: I managed to totally accidentally get a weapon in some worm's stomach that totally can't be considered Offworld territory. Of course, this breaks our peace treaty, which leads to me being in possession of Tau Empire, to put it bluntly. I will assure you that without me, these idiots won't even arm a nuke without it exploding in their face. Also, here."
Hexer throws a small box at the Tau. It is an FTL drive shrunken and stripped of all but the most vital parts, and it's a miracle that these things are not only working, but can be somewhat reliably mass-produced.

The Tau places the box on one of the nearby seats and turns back to face Hexer.
