SkipTheMercenary So, would I have to put ".ship" on the end of its name like the Model-(number/letter here)s? Or do I still put the ".ship.png"?
Not exactly sure what you're asking. The filename should end with .ship.png, but when you save a ship in-game, it adds the .ship.png for you.
Walt Ok, Yeah I got it working. I added the .ship to the end when I clicked "save image" and it added the .png for me. Thanks though!

I am experiencing a problem with saving my ship designs. When I try to save a ship by going into buildmode and then select the save ship design-option, an error message shows up that it does not have access to the "C:\Users.....\My Games\Cosmoteer\Saved Ships\Mk I.ship.png". I have checked my settings if my System or Administrator have any restrictions, which they do not. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

what if i wanna put my ships as a downoadable mod but i have used mods to buid these ships do i have to ask the creators of used mods if its ok that i reuploaded some parts of their mods cuz in my ships ???

You should ask the creator of a mod before sharing anything from it in your mod. Legally speaking, they own the copyright to their mod.

I must say. Devising a way to save the ship design as a picture of said design is very ingenuous. Whoever wants to check how the ship looks like before loading it can just load it as a picture instead of a ship design. Very ingenuous indeed. My only problem with it is that it tends to save it as a blueprint or as some darkened version of it.
Rather annoying, i hope it gets fixed. Still good and impressive, though.
It'll save it as the blueprints if the blueprints are at all different from the ship's physical state.
Not sure why it saves dark -- that's a bug I've never experienced myself and haven't figured out yet.

Alec There are already two places for that. This forum, and the Discord. Please realize that hosting webpages require money. While I'm sure Walt likes the idea of having a dedicated webpage, it will be made obsolete once the game is onto steam.
