N hears two strangled screams outside his office

Reflex-Jacket picks up unorthodox signals coming from the capital of one of the Offworld planets. It could be a party gone wrong, a political debate about to come to blows, or... perhaps an assassination attempt? Regardless, it worries Reflex-Jacket to some extent.

He momentarily considered going planetside to see what is going on, but decided that the political backlash that would result was not worth it, and continues watching the Vault.

translatorofthehiveminds The crewman shrugs, and reports to the Bomber. Instead, its pilot commands him to place an accurate drop on the crewman's left arm. The crewman puts the vial on the floor, proceeds to perform something like a ritual, pulling out very tiny golden and damascus steel blades and accurately pokes his thumbs with them, barely spilling any blood. Then he consumes whatever blood did come out and attempts to spill the liquid on his arm.
(Gonna wait until there's a confirmation on guards.)

The being sighs and dissipates. As the liquid touches the crewman arm it rapidly begins to pulsate and forcefully graft itself to the arm.

N immediately contacts the guards to escort him to the Residence's main hub, where most conversations are settled and decisions are made. Then he slowly begins to realize that the screams were guards and he foolishly gave them weapons. He pulls out ritual blades out of his pockets and contacts... Okeloxul. N commands him to wear a hazmat suit checked by two loyal employees for its condition and arrive at his office. Oke X takes the hardlight knife, fresh off the workbench, and moves toward the office.

Window Null is transported to a small floating island. In the center a singular tree stands it's leaves a pale green and it's flowers white. A singular being stares up at its branches. It's long cloak of feathers covers up its form, but as the slight breeze moves the feathers it can be seen that nothing is underneath. Despite this however small clouds of condensation are being produced by some living thing under the cloak.

"It is an honor to be in the presence of-- Wait, I should be sure this is the Devinity Actual I am speaking to before I go and embarrass myself. Double-checking is a natural debugging process in science."

The being perks its head up as it hears the sound and begins moving it's body as if submerged in water, its back unnaturally curved, and the area where a head should be is twisting around unnaturally yet in an elegant manor. Each footstep echoes throughout the space and frost builds in patches where the being's feet have made contact along the way to the Avatar

The liquid crawls away from the point of contact and begins eating away at the Crewman's arm. Quickly however it detaches on it's own soon after starting.

Oke's hazmat suit clearly shows that his nanobots not only overtook his jaw, but also a half of his face, including replacing an eye with a synthetic refractor. He moves toward the figure with efficient, robotic movements, performing various figures with the knife, leaving a bright trail behind it.
"I may be rescuing an asshole, but you, you will surely outweigh it. Before you may join us, I will take you to a tour around my latest works of art, and of course, the Therithian stickman. It would be unfair to not let someone know what a contribution they are making to science. Even if I meet my demise, the new reign of union will begin. Hold still and show me where your damned head is."
Oke advances in a position for a lunge.

Okeloxul throws his business card at the creature's torso. The card bounces away harmlessly.

A janitor robot approaches the creature and shoots its telescopic arm, grabbing the card too. Its screen says:

The robot opens a compartment in its torso, awaiting funds. Oke instead lunges at it and cuts the whole thing in half.

translatorofthehiveminds The Avatar's Joyful demeanor soon gave way to surprise, as this wasn't at all a familiar being, it turned out. The edges of his form distort slightly as a sudden buzzing within him initiates a fight-or-flight response. Window-Null seemed to be caught in a feedback loop as the being draws closer, unable to reach a decision...

Something finally clicked within the Avatar and he stood upright, his gauntlet-wielding arm overlapping the more angular one as he awaits the being with a calm pose.

The feathers ruffle as the invisible being gets lower to the ground in order to get to supposedly eye level with the AI's avatar. It begins to speak with an echoing voice. It is quiet and feminine in nature. "You are not of biological origin and yet you have come to my vault. Why?" A small layer of ice is building up where the clouds of condensation touch the avatar

translatorofthehiveminds Window-Null's singular eye blinked. "One could say that we are very curious. It is true my kind is not biological, but we have peers who look after others who are both biological and well-acquainted with us."

The Avatar idly lists away from the clouds of condensation. "I am an Explorer-Class Core-AI, loosely translated to a sub-category, such as a 'clan,' 'nation...' or should I say, 'nest,' revolving around Exploration and Scientific Advancement. Clearly put, you could say I am 'exploring' your Vault, in order to learn more about your impromptu arrival into this dimension."

The being turns away suddenly and for a moment a row of six small curved blades can be seen resting on the interior of the shroud. "This era has so many lost souls. So many bodies awaiting collection." It turns back to face the Avatar, extending an array of six unique stones towards the latter.
