Minion222 You have to make an entire mod for it. Planet modding isn't super easy, I'd recommend you learn how to add new parts first.

Lemonguy07 It's not supposed to load ingame. It's basically a software where you make the planets, and they have to manually be dragged somewhere.

Lemonguy07 If windows is preventing you from running it then it's incompatible with your OS. Try using the program in compatibility mode via properties menu. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/279792/how-to-enable-application-compatibility-mode-technology-in-windows-200 It won't work if your OS is a lower level (older) system, though.
