Daughter of the late Lord Harrison, Lucy Harrison is driven to reclaim the throne of her heritage and exact revenge for the death of her father. She gathered together a small group of loyalists who survived the Fall and began conspiring to overthrow the Protectors of innocence.
In an attempt to weaken the Protectors of Innocence, Lucy managed to convince the Darkness to attack them.
Revenant Bridge - day after the attack
Ripper: "My Lady."
Ripper kneels
Lucy: "Speak."
Ripper: "The attack has failed."
Lucy: "Explain."
Ripper: "Some sort of giant monster appeared and attacked their ships."
Lucy: "And the Protectors?"
Ripper: "Their ships were also destroyed."
Lucy: "Then the attack was successful."
Ripper: "The Darkness will not be --"
Lucy: "The Darkness's losses are not my concern. If their ships cannot fight off one space creature, then that is their own fault, not mine."
Ripper: "I doubt they will see it that way."
Lucy: "How they see it is not of my concern."
Ripper: "Of course, my lady."
Lucy: "Leave me"
Ripper: "As you wish, my lady."
Ripper stands and leaves
Transmission from Darkness - Same Day
Voice of Darkness: "Our ships have been destroyed."
Lucy: "I am aware that your forces failed to survive. If they were not strong enough --"
Darkness: "We do not care about the destruction of our ships. But you failed to inform us of the creature in the area."
Lucy: "The creature was not in the area when you attacked."
Darkness: "We will send more ships, but do not cross us."
Lucy: "Actually, I think I have an idea."
Lucy smiles cunningly
