The Security officer starts talking about how lovley their colony was and how rich they used to be, right when he got to the part of Imperial ships arrving, the alarm of a ship went off. Everyone looked back at the ship. Standing there in freight was a young man, he waved the Captain and Security Officer over. One of the guards asks: "Should we like, uh , arrest him?" But the Security Officer said it's fine. The man who rang the alert leads them into the senor room.
"So, what's up?" asks the Security Officer. On the screen you could see ships going into formation, they were Imperial ships. "Oh..." says the Security Officer. He pulls the captain who was visiting aside and said "Uhm alright, im sorry that everything is a bit unorganized, like i couldn't even introduce myself, but it looks like the Imperials have followed us to finish what they started.".

    They followed the signal like a pack of hunters, moving slowly as if they stalked an unknown prey as they trailed along the signal towards the planet. A large hanger upon the side of the cruiser, its armored hull looking like it shifted when really it was the hanger door slowly opening to reveal the hanger floor. The audible noises of engines warming as the small craft reach power. Lifting off the ground as they begin to fly from the hanger, a number of hatches rising on the cruiser as it seems to fire something from them, like a quick burst barrage. The probes flying forward to begin a recording of the system.

        "Hmm, interesting.."
        As the alarm goes off and he mentions the imperials, he stands up.
        "I will do what i can to protect you,-"
        he hands the sec-officer a comms device
        "-take this and contact me info, meanwhile i will go and deal with the threat."
        *They all return to their ships, the soldiers who were helping to construct stuff stay behind and continue helping the colonists build up. The ships break atmosphere and scan the area for the 'Imperials.'"

          "Test, Test, Test is this working?"
          The Sec-Officer tests the comms device and recives an answer.
          "Alright, seems to be working, ehm so uh, like the sensors picked up that very small objects are flying around the system. It actually looks like they come from a Imperial ship. You might wanna watch out" He informs the captain.
          While that is going down, the colonists show the blueprints of a mining vessel to their visitors and ask if they can help make a few of them.

                                          Their assumed 'imperials' were infarct not, and was instead an Imperium scout force from the the secluded empire of the Crimson Imperium. It was a small force of vessels, numbering a half dozen cargo ships for supply, a ECM frigate within the center, a light cruiser at the spear of the head, and a number of destroyers and frigates helping form the protective wedge that lied infront of the cargo ships.

                                          Upon the medium sized bridge, the captain sat. His two kilometer light cruiser that lead the force of vessels. Another figure standing next to the command seat he was upon. The Senior officer, a curved femenine figure. With long hair that was a dirty blonde.
                                          "Continue the search of the unknown area, all vessels are to maintain formation as we run the trace. Continue advanced threat recon."
                                          The probes launched continue bouncing signals around the system as they slowly built a map of it, a squadron of fighters with one different craft within the center of the diamond formation flew ahead of the formation of warships.

                                              While the visitors fly off the colony's engineers and architects plan out stuff with the few crew that was left behind by the visitors.
                                              They hope that they can soon build up their Industrial complex and their first city which will start out small but grow
                                              bigger as their capital. They want to make it big in the world.
                                              The first draft of the city should have about 300 Houses, 15 Mines, 20 Factories, lots of Farm land and much much more!
                                              Over time new stuff will be build and some day , the colonists hope, it will be the biggest city to be every build by man or whatever species! Until then it's a lot of time. But the best motivation is ambition, right?

                                                  ONI The prowler moves closer towards the planet. Sneakily, it deploys one of its stealth dropships. An Owl-STC with a small portion of the navspecwar team on their craft.

                                                  The small subprowler (dropship) eventually lands on the planet. Close by to where there is a bunch of activity. It disguises itself in the undergrowth as the team moves forward to find a vantage point to figure out what this planet is.

                                                  The team moves outward. Despite being almost one ton in their power armour the team makes their way across the terrain without a sound. Stopping every 25 steps to lay low to see if they are followed.

                                                  When crossing clearings they belly crawl throughout, sometimes activating their active camouflage systems for a short sustained time to get the extra stealth advantage it has.

                                                      The colonists were building the first houses, the people were hard working.
                                                      The infantery sorta let their guard down because well, if anything tried to land on the planet, they would be contacted by their vistors, right? But one of the soldiers didn't think so. He has a watchfull eye, he never lets his guard down.. or his cigarret. He thinks the others are foolish for thinking nothing can happen, what if wildlife attacks?
                                                      Most soldiers carry a few different guns because when the colony first created its security force, it just bought random guns from sellers. It was almost impossible to get everyone the same gun and for that matter, the same ammo. Thats why it's kinda running low. The most common tho is the PG-4 "Staka" a physical 7.62x39mm rifle, mostly no attachments except for the Officer of Security, he had a foregrip. Others just used laser pistols like the XK-12 "Swinger" and many other guns. And body armour? Well only the "heavy security forces (HSF)" had light armour. It counts as heavy for them though, the biggest threat they used to have was a few colonists gone rouge.
                                                      But now everyone counts on the HSF to protect them. One of the 5 remaining members is the soldier mentioned earlier.
                                                      Most call him "The Eye", but his regular name was Sen. Most see him as an some sort of officer aswell, but since there isn't really a hierarchy in the Security Forces (SF) except "Soldier" and "Officer of security", he officialy is just a soldier. People will still listen to him more than others tho.

                                                          The Marines say yes and begin to help construct the framework, waiting for the ships to return with vehicles and materials

                                                              The Sec-Officer is a bit paranoid about every ship movment that he sees.

                                                                  Scans of the system and a generic message goes out across the system
                                                                  "This is the IDS Gleaming Metal of the Infinite Dominion, State your identification if you are hearing this message"
                                                                  The message repeats a few times

                                                                    It seems that in the last few days tensions have eased in the colony. Even the people who are more watchfull think it's over.
                                                                    The life of the colonists is rapidly getting better and better every day, due to the help of some other Faction although they have been pretty silent recently. The visitors are slowly pulling back their forces for no reason. The colonists cheer and wave as the last of the ground lander leaves.
                                                                    But there still is 1 vessel in orbit holding overwatch, probably to cover the pull back.
                                                                    An hour later the orbit is empty other than one ship.
                                                                    The colony seems stable enough at first. 1/4 of their new city is build with the help of the other faction, but now they have to build it alone. That shouldn't be the worst part since their now have a somewhat stable industrial complex with a few mining vessels and 2 factories.
                                                                    Now the colonists can live in peace... but, there still is this feeling... that tickle down the spine... maybe they aren't alone...

                                                                      AstroDaFloof The nameless soldiers belly crawl to the edge of a bluff some kilometres overlooking the town. The more superior marksman of the four soldiers slowly props up her larger sniper rifle with a silencer attached. The main optic of the rifle is linked to her helmet as she watches the townspeople walking back and fourth. Her fingers stayed off the trigger as this was a data collecting mission.

                                                                      The other three soldiers, who’s armour made them look more robot than human layer beside the marksman. Also gathering intel.

                                                                          The colonists were very happy about finally sorta building up again.
                                                                          They had a small festival for officialy finishing 1/4 of the blueprints of the first city.
                                                                          Children were playing around, adults were eating at tables. Of course there were some guards there, but they were rather chatting as they think they are safe. New things are getting revealed by the Sec-Officer like the new mining vessel and some other stuff. Everyone was quiet happy.
