Enables crews to space walk at no cost.
- Adds EVA part under Misc category. Nothing is free, it is nothing.
- Crew travel slower in space than that of structure
- Crew speed increases in space when congestion occurs
- Ships, beams and projectiles can pass through a space passage. Duh!

- Crew magically walk into other ship(s) that cross path with EVA passage(s).
- Ship magically hold in one-piece if its parts were connected by EVA passage(s)
