I would love to have "biological" type ships. But if that ever happens, it will be far in the future.
Walt It’s hardly necessary to add this to the game officially, but the mod would have been cool. I just got the idea of "grazing" kotra works like a battering ram, but at the same time increases the regeneration of the ship. There is not even a video with reviews, I can only assume that this is completely not what I described. After all, by “bio” I do not mean a resource? I mean organics. Ie completely organic. Not a mixture of technology and flesh.
Tupich They are bio parts that can regenerate with"blood" circulation and come back from the dead. However, since their introduction the game is still buggy and still doesn't have more advanced features. So the parts aren't complete as originally implemented because those will cause a crash after a while. So coming back from the dead is disabled. Similarly universal repair has been disabled for years. Since things like life support are not supported by game growing beyond design is not possible. Everything is set upon finish building. Faking growth is possible but still had to be set beforehand. So there are a lot of things Walt needs to introduce to make reasonable realistic biological ships possible.
