simply extract first my mod into the mod folder.
then activate it in game and restart the game

do not try to install it with the ingame installer while it is compressed (.zip)

    i figured that out right after i posted, like usual facepalm

    My game crashes with this mod installed, here is the error log:

      and what mod where you runing?

        I think its some issue with my graphics card, if i enable one mod i get graphics issues, if i enable two it crashes

                            there error you got is that the game could not find the mod.txt file of akinata mod pack 0.0.5 . that is normal because the mod pack has 2 differetn mods in it. it is those 2 you need to place in the mod foler (akinata weapons variants v 0.0.5 and akinata stargate weapons v 0.0.1)
