The lizardmen crosses his left leg over his right one, his robe made of different crystals produce a small clacking sound as they lightly impact eachother, and the robe soon draps over his right leg, the crystals making a glimmering cascade of a range of colors.
His claws rest upon his thighs, the left hand over the right one. Sometimes, they move as to emphasize a point he makes in his speech, though his manner of moving his hands seem to not be very present. He speaks now, his voice is a soothing light cacophony from the throat of a being whose vocal ranges can barely encompass the G-S16 standard language, though with such prowess and perhaps augmentation, it manages to sound like a soothing lullaby, an enticing song from the mermaids whose passion enchanted sailors aloof in times unspoken:
"Very well then. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
The lizardman slightly bows down, his opulent hat shifts foward, though it seems to be stopped by something from falling down. He swerves his head up again, and begins to talk:
"I am here representing Galactic Lihr and Mhertz, a M.I.S.E-based megacorporation. We have passed by the same unsettling event and witnessed the same conumdrum of the aftermath of the destruction of one of our factory planets by the unknown Delta threat, whom, if I recollect, self-denominated themselves as "Bloodletters" sometimes. Naught but a small attempt at misguidance, but I digress.
GL&M has a prominent branch that specializes in weapon and defenses development. A very prominent topic of research and development for them has been the Delta threat. Gathering data from them, not only from the attack that occured towards our planet, but also other occasions, has allowed us to develop weapons that can concur enough damage as to efficiently eliminate a threat of their destructive scale. This is what I came here to offer to the Redford Republic.
Mind you, however, that Galactic Lihr and Mhertz does not only specialize in that, we occupy the vastest branches, and thus, can auxiliate you on matters way beyond that of war, from simple household goods to efficient fusion reactors and the construction of space-elevators."
He then pauses his speech. Clearly not a pause for breathing as he has done beforehand amidst his speech, this one is a giveaway for the middle-aged man to speak.
