Is the Cerberus the best vanilla ship in game?

Still, thought about testing it against equal-value-combination of my swarmers (which are kinda shitty, but being surrounded is Exodia's true weakness) and here are the 4 swarmer types used:

... surprisingly, didn't go well for my shitty swarmers. Unfortunately, Swarming A.I. is horrible, they tend to keep all to the same side if that's where they came from. Still, it is a valid exploit of game mechanics. It beat all of my swarmers. I thought about controlling my swarmers individually to surround Exodia more effectively, but i thought that would be cheating and i'm tired, it's 4:37AM here. still...

Teg Also, could be that Loki is way better designed as a big ship, but that's the thing. 1v1 Loki could be better, but when it's money against money, Exodia comes out on top every single time.

with the cerberus killer mk 1 and have 5 of them and do some micromanaging you can destroy cerberus and it costs like 700 000 and the repairs seems to be like 300 000.

One non-obvious weakness of the Cerberus is that the front cannons are not actually protected by the shields in the towers. If for each tower you take out the central exposed shields then pick off the large cannons, a tanky ship able to rotate in new shield facings may then be able to tank the ion beams until it can wear down the shield stacks.
