Datetha Yes it is. The crescent Wrath is more expensive, but in an 1v1 fight Cerebus wins
Dave-II those lasers and ebolts on the sides of the towers won't shoot at anything because technically the actual gun shape is considered a block and nothing can shoot through it so everyone behind the 1st one is useless just though to let you know

1345.8 tonnes 204 crew $1,079,450
Capable of 1vs1ing Cerberus for nearly half the price. Generally takes about $10k-40k damage during the fight. Enjoy!

Teg Good job on a counter that works for half the price! Also good job on the paint, it looks quite nice for a board with guns strapped on to it. 😛 My one complaint would probably be its speed. I'll have to try it.

culanns_hound Actually, I tested it twice. Sure, it took damage and I can imagine getting unlucky, but it worked. For half the price. So yeah, there's that.

Dave-II I dont think that it would ever shoot even with doing that. does it ever shoot in your experience?

Ohm Oh, it definitely worked. And I wasn't criticizing your design. I really liked that both sides could still fly and maneuver around. It gave me a good laugh. Not to mention I have been wishing there was a way to have one ship detach and become two for the longest time and that is probably the closest I will get to that in the vanilla game. I know I couldn't design a ship for half the price that can take out the cerberus

culanns_hound Exodia is my design (you might recognize it as the front of my missile boat), it was at least designed to look like 7 ships connecting to form Exodia (a set of Yu-Gi-Oh cards that combine to win the game).
But I compromised at two command modules for cost reasons.

I think Walt mentioned somewhere that he plans on adding self destructing parts.

Cerberus might be the best vanilla ship, but that Exodia is a monster. So exquisitely crafted my Savior, which costs double the amount the Exodia does, was no match for it. Congratulations, @Teg, you da playa

Still, that Exodia is to well designed, i think nothing can kill it 1v1, even 10M value ships. it's just too efficient. and if you use ships only for fair 1v1, nothing can beat, i call it. Still, if it went on a 1v2, it's rear is completely vulnerable, but a 4-way Exodia would probably be unbeatable. Can anyone try that?

Hodyn Thanks a lot for the praise. I was really happy with how Exodia turned out. I think Loki got Exodia beat though 😃 Never tested it to make sure.

by the time exodia MADE Abomination worth the same it was, it had no gun and was almost unrecognizable, while Exodia was pretty much unscathed. Scary.

Hodyn I think Exodia is still better for Bounty hunter mode. I think it was the last ship I made with FTL. Anything big just isn't good for BH mode.

3 Exodia beat one Loki, even though their net worth is considerably less than Loki's.
