DanoDuncan Nice. Thanks for sharing. What changed from the past? If you released the same mod you should do it with the same thread so it won't be all over the place (unless you got your own section). Also that would make it accountable for applying for your own section.

DanoDuncan That's fine most mods did at some point anyway. And so far I'm have been providing the most information on the wiki. So the knowledge comes from me unless someone does research themselves. Of course my own knowledge comes from research and from Walt. So it's free to begin with just how to actually do it is probably the only things I could claim.

The_Bloodnaught Have you tried the light version? Not that it matters now that Cosmoteer uses more RAM.

DanoDuncan It is 'light' enough for my toaster to run even with huge ships and some other mods (including Cosmofine), so yeah, it's definitely better.

DanoDuncan Probably... Still lagging my game to death trying to build a fully functional 500m * ~250m ship. It somehow works, anything but good tho. Yes, I have way too much time on my hands.

CursedPh4nt0m Yeah, grid size increases lag because the game has more area to check. Remember squared increase in lag. There is a zero grid mod (somewhere) that would help greatly with that but you cannot commit because it's illegal so you can only save the blueprint. DanoDuncan you might want to add this to your mod.
DanoDuncan Building stuff in the normal building grid is absolutely fine btw, only those oversized designs kill my game. Yet again, Cosmofine and Speedset likely help with reducing the lag.
