While working on the Null Matter Array, it came to my attention that modded beam weapons make the game crash.
The weapon will be laid off for now, and will likely be finished in the future when the crash is fixed.

Here's what the Null Matter Array looks like:

I tryed to install a new version of the mod and then the game crashed and now when i try to open cossmoter i just got this error message: (sorry if not evrything is in english)

    1. Please edit your post to remove the vast majority of that log - only the part akinata quoted is useful.
    2. If you haven't already, delete the previous version of my mod.

    It crashes because two things use the same ID.
    If it still crashes after deleting the previous version of my mod, please tell me which other mods you're using.

    Meranera i deleted the previos version, and it still crashes, and i cant remember all the mods i am using, here are some of them: tempora, boss fleets, abh mod.

        that mod looks epic and i have a idea for it can you pls make a lazer that does alot of damage and is massive

          This is amazing and it's probably the best mod I've seen so far, I can't wait to see more.

            Pls hurry and update the mod to RC 12.10 or whatever

              Abraxos Mod is now compatible with both 0.12.9 and 0.12.10_rc2 - download link has been updated.
              The Ion Missile Launcher had it's damage to components and structures buffed, and the Hardlight Accelerator Cannon has a new visual effect upon hit.

              Mod has been updated; I've added in-game stats to the descriptions of each of my weapons.

              The first weapon I started working on after the Splitfire Repeater, was the Null Matter Array.
              When it was nearing completion, I found out that the weapon's functionality was (and still is) broken, so that weapon is currently laid off.
              Since then, I've created several weapon sprites (the first step in my weapon creation process), and only a single one of those I deemed good enough - I called it the Reflak.
              While working on it, however, I was informed that this weapon's functionality is broken as well.
              I hope you can understand my seemingly slow progress.

                Indeed. Quality takes time.....and patience is a virtue.

                  Mod has been updated; I've added the Reflak.
                  If there is no assigned target in the Reflak's firing arc, it'll act as a point-defense turret and shoot missiles.

                  One thing to note about the Reflak's functionality, is that the first salvo will always be messed up.
                  I'm afraid I can't fix that.

                  The Reflak was made with the intent to not be a laser weapon, which is still visible in it's design; it has no fancy glowing lights, like the other laser weapons I've made.

                    Hey howdy; I had an idea for a weapon if you're up to hearing me out;
                    A missile pod meant for smaller ships, specifically a 3x1 that fires smaller missiles at a time, but is easier to stock (only uses 2 missile parts per firing, instead of 4). I think it would greatly help in making more viable small-scale missile support ships. A smaller (2x2) Missile Factory would also be nice, but not required.

                      I had a similar idea; however, I had issues making the sprite, and eventually it became the Splitfire Repeater.

                      I still want to make a mini-missile launcher, but it'll have to wait until I get the inspiration for it.

                      Well, bare minimum it could use the firing tube design currently in the vanilla game, but chopped down for use as the base. Just for getting the basic shape and design down.

                        What program do you use to create the weapons skin and animation? Cuz it looks awesome...
