I mean the bloodcult kinda wants to be evil (from a lore perspective)
If all they wanted was survival they wouldn’t claim to enslave races and devour planets would they?

KrankysFirebrand48 they are a cult that originates from an ancient of death, destruction, bloodshed and madness and they are giant fleshy ships that mind control their crew and their blood temples need fresh untainted blood.
and they want to survive, and evolve.
and the hivemind isn't exactly a 'tyrant' but suit yourself i guess,you nor anyone else is going to kill the bloodcult CUZ THEY OP BRUH.
And trust me, Zaa is worse. and Sha is maybe a bit better if you consider what he considers tyranny and evil.
also they litterally explain the entire ''evil'' part with an old quote of theirs, 'stand against us and be the next to fuel our evolution...'
also the 'stand against us' part means factions and empires who see the cult as evil and a threat to the galaxy and wish to remove them.

the past galaxies they've been in wer eonly devoured because most of the galaxy's inhabitants worked 'against' the cult.
And they accept any and all allies who want to help in the war against the cult of Zaa'Thar, and factions like the kel'shir have been an old ally of the cult back when the cult war hadn't showe up yet.

so.....apparently you think enslaving species and devouring planets are an act which defines the BC as "evil"? well....lets look back on our "real life" selves,we,Homo Sapients,"breed" and genetically modify wild animals like pigs,sheeps,cows,etc to provide resources that we otherwise cannot get,while eliminating all freedom that their ancestors had. We humans also eat all lifeforms on earth too,disregarding whether they are plants or animals.....are humans "evil"? no we are just taking what we want and what we need using what we had managed to achieved by our choices in the past.........same thing goes for the BloodCult,they are a sentient devouring swarm which need resources (which apparently including fresh untained blood) to keep evolving and doing bloodcult-y stuff ,and just like humans,they do so because they can,thus its rather.....unsuitable to label the bloodcult as an "evil" faction with purely the fact that they gain manpower from other species and resources from dircectly consuming planets

Well, I dont really have time to contiue the faction anymore, RL stuff really pushing me so yeah, I dont know when you will see this faction in action...
About the evil thing, the BloodCult for some factions will be seen as evil, and its pritty understandble. But I see it as a more Nutral faction then evil. As its goles are not focused on killing everything, I would say even the other way around...

zergRush99 are you going to give bloodcult and the hivemind over to drak so he can continue the BC Zaa'thar war? atleast until maybe you have less RL stuff pushing you. It would be a bit annoying or wierd if the BC just suddenly won instantly and/or the entire BC vanishes and Zaa is assassinated by the True Order?

Also you can find that this is just my opinion. Being evil in RP isn't bad really. It’s just my opinion that I don’t like Bloodcult because their “evil”
