The guard is indeed asleep in his chair in the entrance hall, snoring peacefully, Sam leads them through into a cold stone corridor with metal doors, looking like a prison hall.
"They have ta keep the cadavers cold, stops em going off."
The corridor proceeds to left and right, right at the left hand end, Sam leads them along to the left stopping at the third door along.
"This's it."

He unlocks the door and opens it.

"Of course, we would be glad to."
The barkeep is still standing on the stairs, scratching his head.
"I'd butter gat the Sergeant tae come aend pick this'n up."
He points at the body.
"Daen't knae whut else tae do wi' et."

He reaches the town hall without seeing anything out of the ordinary, and proceeds into the entrance hall, a clerk is sitting at the desk now, scribbling in a book, and looks up when Nurian enters, peering at him over his glasses.
"Good morning sir, how may I be of assistance?"

As he is walking down the stairs to the library he hears a squeal of delight, and a tiny pair of running footsteps, then a small hand grabs his cloak, he looks down to see the young girl Sophia beaming up at him.
"Good morning mister wolf!"
Jasper is talking to the groundsman Clamper in the hallway, and he looks up at the stairs.
"Oh, Sophia! Don't bother our guest!"
"I'm not bothering him Papa!"
He looks at the Ambassador.
"I do apologise, we don't get many visitors, Sophia doesn't really know how to behave."
