                I made my submission the other day, but forgot to add my name. I re-uploaded it properly with my name shortly after. Sorry for the confusion!

                            Zetsubou_altist All of the submissions that I saw were at or under the budget. Costs can be cut in certain ways to make very large-looking ships pretty cheap
