The sound of incessant machinery fills the ambiance as metal clinging reverberates through the walls, lights and cauldrons alike firing up in a hot blaze and, from the treadmills, endless machinery is generated in the holy halls of
THE ANVIL.
(Background done by @G4L4XY )
The Forge Master sits atop his metallic-blue throne, cyan lights run up the stairs leading up the throne, and the throne alike, connecting to the robe that the old sage dawns in a water-like flow of wave-like change in luminosity, his left hand crowns a pad, riddled with numericals and alphabetics, he, almost mechanically, punches in a string of numbers accompanied by, to the uninformed viewer, a senseless string of letters, to the old man, confirming the action on a button at the newly-generated holographic display that emanates from the pad, an order of holy production from the core of The Anvil.
Completing the scenery are four more people, these younger, which are below him in a semi-circular fashion, the dawn blue robes adorned with gold, and behind them all stand the core of what seems like a burning star, lighting up the room with natural light, though obviously not enough to burn the ones that reside within those chambers, such is the holy exalted command of The Anvil.

HISTORY
The Anvil itself is the name of a huge megastructure, spanning thousands of kilometers, with an artificial star within its core, it uses the generated star to move endless levels of factories, it was built long ago by a race of once brilliant minds…
But
Eventually, due to natural decay, or changes in society – the correct reasoning being unknown -, they started to lose comprehension of the workings of The Anvil, and instead of seeking knowledge, they created a cult around its workings, named after the structure itself, mystifying the once objective engines into subjective religion, in the utmost decay of comprehension of the precise.
Yet
They never forgot how to manage the megastructure, being mostly automatic and self-sustaining, the workforce is needed to keep attention to the functioning and repair the broken engines, though lost in time the exact reason for it, they keep producing the many tools generated by the endless halls of fabrication, selling them in exchange for fuels to keep the core sustained.
The religion follows the guidance of the holy manuals that reside within the main matrix of The Anvil, accessed by the throne in the ante-room to the core itsef, only the Forgemaster, the leader of the cult, can read it, and thus, he guides his people, being the only one who knows The Anvil’s holy function.

CHAIN OF COMMAND
The Anvil’s chain of command starts at the bottom with the workforce and revolves totally in keeping the megastructure running indefinitely. The holy duties of many of the followers of The Anvil rely solely on checking the endless production lines that populate the megastructure, and keep the machines’ repair on date whilst attending the holy cults of the Forge Master, blessing the machinations of the home of those people.
More than them, are the military, as none of the subjects of The Anvil itself will ever betray the Forge Master’s will, due to the fear of divine punishment, the military compose solely of the “Operators”, who drive the ships that The Anvil automatically produces.
Then, there’s the cult, atop of which, and governing all of the megastructure, sits the Forge Master, below him, four of his greatest trustees and likely successors to the throne, the Blacksmiths command great masses and make sure that the inputs that the Forge Master gave on the main Matrix turn into reality.
