Fort_Master_Gustav
He remains silent, presumably thinking, although waits for him to hold on to him again before...
With a great shaking of the ground and a sudden jolt, A'bah moves upwards towards and through the rift.
It closes behind him, leaving behind perhaps a few confused local creatures and a small amount of grey fog.
From within the rift, the ambassador, despite being shielded by both himself and A'bah, feels an incomprehensible amount of power and corruption.
It feels like time is dead and all he hears is the distorted sound of a clock ticking very, very slowly.
it is clear in his mind, that he wants to let go and drift away into its infinite majesty.
No.
This is not a want.
This is what he needs to do.
Then, out of the void of sound came a song.
To the Ambassador's suprise it was from A'bah himself.
A calm, peaceful tune, one that sounded like it was being made by whistling but slightly more mechanical.
The thoughts of letting go died down almost the moment it started, but the thought remains.
After a moment, it becomes clear that this is some kind of psionical trick, or perhaps here sound can travel in space.
It is uncertain how long it will take them to reach their destination, or even if their destination is certain in the first place.
Perhaps higher powers than even the two of them would be the ones to decide when and where they exit the rift.
