Alright, vanilla's tractor beam is coming to Cosmoteer 0.14.8 so the question now is should the tractor beam parts in Abh be removed or stay. And if they stay do they need additional reasons to exist? Like an ability that sets them apart.

bro_walter These are just those I've always had in mind. If you are thinking of making the mod smaller that's not possible in any universe or for any mod. Entropy cannot be stopped. In theory I could merge parts together and let you choose their appearance for example the geoponic or hangar parts. But it will only save a bit of part management overhead. It won't save memory as the same amount of sprites are still needed. But it will force you to setup each part and you may have memorize the order of the selection buttons. It would not necessarily be better on any front. The same goes for breaking the mod into smaller mods. It will be better for those strickly using one particular part of the mod but it likely be a bit worse for those who want it all.
Lafiel well you could still split the mod into smaller parts while still having the download for normal abh available
At this time it's not worth the effort and I won't do it without support for mod dependency.
