The Junkers are a loosely tied group of pirates that are ruled by a council of the 8 most powerful.They prey upon cargo ships, stations, and civilians.
Their ships are usually either stolen and refitted or scrapped together with parts from other ships,so they do not have shields. Keep in mind that they are pirates and have little or no education, so their ships are usually not very efficient or symmetrical. They're not very powerful, but don't underestimate them as they are surprisingly resilient and determined.
Ship 1: The Ransacker
The Ransacker is a small fighter made from the hulls of several salvaged ships. It has no PD, but does have very light armour. It is armed with 3 small lasers and one electro-bolt.

The Pillager is a cruiser, and is a stolen and refitted Greenfire Volley. It has one PD, and has light very armour. It's armed with 12 small lasers and 2 missile launchers.

Ship 3: The Bounty
The Bounty is a mix between a corvette and a cruiser, and is a refitted and repurposed small cargo ship. It has 2 PD, very light armour on the outside, and heavy armour on the shipping container. It is armed with 4 small lasers and 2 small cannons.

The Plunder is a corvette, also made from scrap. It has 4 PD, and light armour. It is armed with 1 ion beam, 4 small lasers, and 2 standard cannons.

THE COUNCIL'S SHIPS
The council, as mentioned before, are an elite group of the best pirates in the Junkers. They are the smartest (which is not saying much), strongest, most experienced, and richest pirates in the entire galaxy. Piloting custom made ships, each one has different strengths and weaknesses, so watch out. The council ships will be listed from the Eighth Councilman (the worst) to the First Councilman (the best).
Councilman 8: The Scrapper
The Scrapper is a ship made from an old armored military cargo container. It has 2 large cannons, 4 small lasers, and 4 electro-bolts. It has no PD.

The Cleaver is custom built ion frigate, with 3 ion beams and 20 small lasers! It has 4 PD.

The Ravager, like the bounty, is a re-purposed cargo ship, except the Ravager is an old armoured military weapons transporter. It has 4 large cannons and 9 small lasers. It has 10 PD.

Councilman 5: The Castoff
The Castoff is a combination of 3 ships stuck together. They are designed so that when they are losing, they can either split up and play dead for an ambush, or split up and attack from 3 sides. Each block functions independently. It has 1 large cannon, 10 standard cannons, 1 missile launcher, 6 small lasers, and 2 electro-bolts. It has 8 PD.

Councilman 4: The Rover
The Rover is a repurposed missile carrier with 4 large cannons, 6 missile launchers, and 8 small lasers. It has 10 PD.

Councilman 3: The Galley
The Galley is named after the first pirate ships, created over 100,000 years ago. It has 6 side firing cannons, 2 electro-bolts, and 12 small lasers. It has 12 PD and is easily the most efficient Junker ships, able to crush the Rover at half the price.

Councilman 2: The Octo
The Octo is a battleship named after the Octopus on Earth in the Sol system. I'm too lazy to count it's weapons, so I'm just going to say it has A LOT of PD, small lasers, standard cannons, and missiles. It has 4 shields, and is one of the only junker ships to actually have shields.

Councilman 1, AKA The High Councilman: The Kraken
Each of the council ships is a flagship for the fleet, but the High Councilman's Kraken is the flagship of the flagships. By design, it was supposed to be an entire Kraken, but by the time they built the mouth, they were already out of resources and money. It has 2 ion beams, 2 small cannons, and tons of large cannons, missiles, electro-bolts, and small lasers. It has a lot of PD. It's front and sides are partially shielded, and it is heavily armoured due to the High Councilman's tradition. Every time he takes a ship, he scraps it's remaining armour and adds it to his ship.
