You are getting better. Your ships are still very flawed, but better nonetheless.
For the second ship (Lemur):
What @damkiller and @CursedPh4nt0m said about your ships + Major inefficiencies in your modules.
For example:
Reactors not directly attached to shields, large cannons not directly connected to the ammo factories. Try attaching them directly for a better reload.
Amount of EMP-Missile factories is too low. (Try 1 factory for 1 launcher)
Amount of ammo factories is too high. (1 Factory/1 Large cannon or 1 Factory/2-3 Small cannons)
Try to make your modules smaller. Most people say that you should only have 1 reacor in each module, that's quite compact. Also, why use tractor beams on this ship? I don't see any use for them here.
Plan of action:
Good, you should try to design a ship that's able to beat my Plainswalker using normal AI vs normal AI. (It should be doable, this is my oldest wall.)
Don't look too much at the cost of the ship you'll design. Right now my Plainswalker beats your Lemur, which already is a lot more expensive. Just beating it should be enough, then you can start optimising and try to beat it again using a ship cheaper than the previous one.
