kine Consider putting the shields behind the lasers. While it makes the shields easier to destroy because there's less armor in the way, it moves everything closer (less distance for crew to travel) and allows the shields to overlap, giving greater protection to the lasers.

Generally, large reactors aren't used for walls. The walkways get too long and become easy to sever, disrupting power to the entire ship. Protecting a large reactor is difficult, and complicates logistics. You have a large hunk of armor in front of it, which moves the shields and lasers farther and farther from the reactor, increasing loading times.
Your engines are exposed and there's a straight shot to the reactor through them. CR could be backstabbed fairly easily. Generally I prefer not to try to power an engine room through another engine room, instead preferring walkways.
You have an unecessary amount of corridor, particularly between the crew quarters and the walkways.
Try modifying your ship until you can beat the Reaver Mantis on AI vs AI, without manually piloting.
