(also the universe destroying part is only around the Pentagon it's weaker if your a long distance away from it and their are some theoretical counters like repeatedly making your body into the same structure to stop it from turning into something else or you could try to manipulate tones yourself even if the board does not teach you could still teach yourself slowly and be able to use them this would only work with phycic powers however because with out an array you have to be able to manipulate tones)

As far as I know, only extremely massive machines on the scale of the Burean Pentagon can calculate tonal manipulation, and even an extremely large group (by that I mean millions) of the galaxy's most powerful psykers (The Hegemonians) would STRUGGLE to manipulate tones. Remember, the tones of the universe control psionic powers and even the laws of physics and thermodynamics.

dafeeeeeeeeeesh Maybe, or maybe we don't know the full extent of the psionic powers of the Father and Mother. Maybe they created their own sort of tonal calculator. Remember, tonal calcs are small in comparison to the truly absurd scale structures like a few dyson spheres, and the CRCKI has access to ancient technology, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility that they constructed their own tonal calculator, and that the father has a tonal manipulator linked to their calculator built in.

dafeeeeeeeeeesh (ah yes, I saw that, only machines can manipulate tones, and redstone is correct, you need absurdly complex levels of calculation to figure out the reverberation that your input of tones would cause on the tones you're trying to manipulate, it's a gigantic cascade of events... Psychic powers do fall within Tonal Manipulation's spectrum, since they can be seen as waves that can be intercepted by certain apparatus, such as the minds of sentient creatures, to manipulate tones using that would be... questionable, at best)

dafeeeeeeeeeesh (if you changed the scraps, say, from steel to carbon, then they'd change [in the general aspect, if you go really deep then technically the change is only to the quantity of fundamental particles], but if you just use tonal manipulation to turn the scrap into a ship hull with the same composition then they'd stay the same, it's just that their arrangement would change, in the end the only change that tonal manipulation actually makes is to the fundamental particles/fields of the material)
