“Finish what the founder started... You mean his war with billions upon billions of casualties?

Well, perhaps it is foolish to think that bystanders won’t get hurt, and the war cant be avoided.”

He stands up slowly.

“There is one problem... The crystals are designed to remove extraordinairy abilities, wich isnt given by nature.

A body is something normal, but telekenises is something extraordinairy.

And the bad part is, Zaa’Thar doesnt have a lot of extraordinairy abilities, and uses brute force. He even has a ‘shield’ for extraordinairy abilities.”

(Oh, forgot to mention that the Trident isnt made of the same material.)

He takes a deep breath, and slowly shakes his head.

“You may have my permission, only if you return it after the war. I don’t want this in the wrong hands, even if you are a neccesairy evil.

But, I won’t come with you, Zaa can’t hurt me, even if he wanted to.”

He seems to leave a small detail out in his last sentence, but you can sense that he is left out of it as well, for now.

Namek "As you wish... This metirial will only be needed to finish Zaa off..." the Hivemind looked at him "Maybe he cant hurt you... But Im afraid that he would use you to win the war... I just have to say that if this situation will come up, and you will be controled some how... I will have to end your existens to... Even though I dont want to" the Hivemind said and opened a red portal before entering it he turnes aroind and says "Thank you" the Hivemind disapeared through the portal.

He began to look forward, to the view he has on the planet, at the top of the cliff where the meeting took place.

He doubts if he made the correct decision, if such power would escalate things even worse, give an allpowerful being even more power...

He looks a bit stressed, all these important decisions, the war that is to come, and the secrets beneath them, locked in his memories... It is a bit much to process...

He looks up at the sky, into space, to a specific direction...

“Zaa...”

Rage is visable in his eyes.

“I knew you from when I was a child... Haunting my dreams... But the tables have turned, haven’t they? Since now I’m hunting yours.”

The Galaxy he is in slowly desolves into paint, uncluding himself... Not even the Hivemind can track him down.

Somewhere at a space station, where Operation Ulivian continues to operate from.

In a big meeting room, the Prince has a meeting with his remaining captains, to discuss further actions, and speak with the King...

Prince: "It seems all of the Planets are destroyed... All wich have the green crystals in the center of them, luckily we prepared for such scenario, and have quite a lot stored, more than we would ever need."

The Prince sat at the head of the meeting table, some of the Captains are present in person, and most are there in hologram forms, it is unclear where they are.

Prince: "How are the tests going with our prisoners with abilities? Is the source close to be found?"

Captain Levira: "Well, some were given to them, leftover from past disasters, wandering eternally, others gained it by luck or by themselves... But, I found out something interesting... Quite some had something in common. They all, died at a point in their lifes, before they gained it. Later on, their powers got discovered in strange occasions."

The Prince smiles, finally they had a clear breakthrough, something to dive deeper in.

Prince: "Good job Levira... I will notify you later with new orders, this is very positive."

Levira nods.

Prince: "Another issue is the great war that is yet to come... It is wise not to involve, since this is something greater than us, but I believe we have some part to give, that is why I ordered some of you to search for creatures far into space... It was brought up before, but these seem interesting, and I had a hunch to find them.

I order you all to scan the area's you are in, and go after anything simmelar to our original scans, they appear to be moving. You may leave the meeting."

All of the captains leave the table, and others close their hologram, but the Prince stayed behind, and suddenly a hologram is activated at the other end of the table, someone dressed very royal, with a crown.

King: "Prince... I followed the reports, and at first it seems very negative... Only casualties, and no real gain, but now that I heard of this meeting, it seems the resuls are getting more positive, especially since you excluded yourself from the Great War.

Continue with the focus of one of the origin's of power, and we may find some secrets we can use, to flatten the playing field, and dont get reckless. I don't want to loose a third bright mind, if it does happen, I will close this Project, and all of my people will come home."

The hologram closes... The Prince seems to exclude something wich went rogue, something very dangerous...

The scanners of the station detect a spike in energy in one specific area. Not too close, but not too far away. A flash of light can be seen and then it's all over.

Two people can be seen hovering outside. It's impossible to see who they are, but one thing is certain. They aren't picking up on any of the scanners.

Quas: "So, Saru, why did you bring me out of my grief to this place? Have I not told you I would fight no longer?"

Saru: "Quas, my friend, you know better than I do that you are a piece in this mess."

Quas: "Stop with the misaligning answers, Saru. I asked you why we are here and I want to know."

Saru: "These people began this and I want to know how much they know. They may be a stepping stone in this or they could be a wall that needs to be demolished. We will not fight them."

Quas: "So, what will we do?"

Saru: "You'll see."

// Transmission Start //

"Greetings, people. You do not know me, but I request an audience with you."

"Yes, I am one of the two people hovering outside your station. And before you start shooting or turning your machines on, don't bother. It doesn't work on me."

"I am not your enemy or your friend. I am merely a messenger sent to ask questions."

Saru: "And now, we wait for their response."

Upon receiving the Prince wonders how they send transmissions without having any equipment, but he has seen very weird things in his life and shrugs it off.

Transmission Starts

Prince: "Interesting... The green Crystals sure have weird exceptions... Im not a guy who shoots first and asks questions later, I would open a hatch for you guys, but I presume you have a more efficient way of coming inside."

He sends a specific point in the Sation.

Prince: "Come over to my meeting area, I will be there shortly, I just left there for a coffee, would you guys be interested in a cup yourselves?"

He seems very curious about you, and does have some information he thinks would be valuable in the war that is yet to come.

Saru looks at Quas.

Saru: "Ready?"

Quas: "I've been ready since you tapped on my door."

Both of them disappear in a flash of light, then reappear inside the station. The station shakes a little as they teleport inside, but nothing major happens.

The prince hears a voice in his head.

"Two coffees, please. One with sugar and one without."

Inside the room are no people present, it is empty, and dimly lit. There is a big screen wich is turned off, and there is a big table, with comfy looking chairs.

After a minit, a door opens, and the lights get brighter, the Prince seems to enter with 3 cups of coffee in a cup holder. He walks to the tables, and sits down across of you.

Prince: "Sorry for the waiting, I didn't expect any visitors."

He puts the 2 cups besides you, but not to the right person, he ofcourse didnt know who is who, and who wanted what.

Prince: "So, I heard you guys had questions?"

You sense that outside the rooms were guards, and even the table can be turned in a big weapon, and he has a shield around his body, not too visable. He does have the right to be cautious. But on closer expection, he isnt even the real Prince?

The cup of coffee teleports into Saru's hand, whereas Quas just reaches over and takes his coffee.

They both take a seat.

Saru: "My first question: Why are you here on the station instead of on the planet?"

Ultranova

The person impersonating the Prince replies.

"Unforntunately our planet got destroyed. The Bloodcult, our allies, needed the minerals in the center wich disabled abilities, and use it against the future threat, Zaa.

We are currently just traveling around, seeing a potential new place, but none would be better than that planet."

You sense some people at the door, and in the other room, listening, watching. Probobly the real Prince, giving him the required answers.

Saru glances at Quas, nodding. Quas leans back in his chair and puts his feet up on the table, snapping his fingers as he does. The impersonator is focussed more on Saru, so he doesn't notice.

Saru: "Do you trust the bloodcult? After all, they are one of the scarier factions who have made it clear where they stand."

Quas, meanwhile, is literally elsewhere, though it doesn't appear like it. A Dimensional Necromancer has just appeared in the next room, invisible, but watching. Quas sees through the eyes of the Necromancer.

The impersonator continues.

Prince: "Well, ofcourse they are quite... Bad, or perhaps evil, but they are neccesairy to be there, holding everything in place, even if the method is rather questionable. We arent fully with them, but an alliance was ideal in the current situation, it is better than fighting atleast, especially with the coming war."

Quas, who is in the other room, sees the real Prince, who really looks identical to the impersonator, speaking through him, in a rather well fortified room, with the green crystal. Guards are around him as well, and outside the door, in case something happends.

It seems the Prince likes to take the more safe road, especially since his enemies and who he hunts are people with abilities. But you feel that the Prince knows who you are.

Quas leans forward and the connection is broken. The people in the room feel a presence leave it, one that was not in the room before.

Saru: "What do you know about Zaa?"

Quas: "Other than he can defeat the Hivemind."

The real Prince laughs a bit, hoped his lifeless clone would work for a bit longer. He enters the meeting room, on his own.

Prince: "Was it that... Visable?"

He sits down, he seems at ease currently.

Prince: "Sorry for the cherades. I know who you guys are, since the Queen, even if she was lifeless, still kept sending information thanks to camera's on her suit.

I don't know much about Zaa, probobly as little as you guys. I just follow some leads I found on my own, wich hopefully supplies some information."

Quas leans forward again.

Quas: "After a few centuries of watching the Police force do their jobs, you pick a thing or two up."

He grins, making the Dimensional Necromancer appear again, momentarily.

Saru: "What are these leads? I'm curious to ask."

Namek

Ultranova

The Prince grins as well, and stands up, dramaticly.

Prince: "I thought you never asked!"

He presses a button, putton on the holo table, showing the Galaxy with a few red dots within it.

Prince: "As you see, there are a few red dots there. They basicly are the same kind of neutral energy of the paint boy, but a bit different as well... It is the same kind of neutrality..."

Most go away, one by one, except a single red dot.

Prince: "Most... Arent quite much, we send out most of the Captains to investigate, but the results are just some low level events and beings, nothing much... The usual thing.

But one... One was way more interesting."

The red dot jumped suddenly.

Prince: "Ah, it happend again! You see, it likes to jump around when we get even a little bit close, We tried scanning it from really far away, but strangely the scans get destorted, something is masked, hidden.... Yet it has quite some mass around it, and I mean... Quite some! The mass of a medium sized planet!"

He leans against the table with both hands, looking at them.

Prince: "Thanks to not opening a door for you guys, and ofcourse camera footage of the dead Queen, I knew you guys were perfect for the job... Jumping there, would that be troublesome?"

Neither of their expressions changed, but a deadly air became apparent.

Saru: "You want us to do your dirty work?"

"We came here for answers, not to be deceived into being the messenger boys."

Quas: "If you want us to jump off to the red dot, you need to give us a very good reason."

Saru: "Don't forget, everyone will get what is coming for them. If you try anything, that'll be your little operation wiped off the face of the universe."

The Prince stands up fully, and stopped leaning against the table.

Prince: "This is something wich I believe can get valuable information. I wish I could get there, dont get me wrong, but I cannot, so now I have you guys knocking on my door, asking for anything I know.

Especially with the war that is to come, anything that could lead to something, is valuable, especially with this specific neutral energy, and this strangeness about it."

He shakes his head with disbelieve.

Prince: "Im quite insulted that you guys threaten me like that, thinking low of me while I clearly have some valuable information to hand off, I even have a second lead, but I dont think I will give it away, to guys like you."

He leaves the room, with the holotable on, with the location.

Prince: "Go, if you want to, don't let my excitement ruin things for you. And else I will find someone else with the proper abilities."

The door closes, and the Prince left the room.
