One reactor per module is often ideal since it doesn't give the crew as many opportunities to go backwards or walk across the whole ship. Keeping it that way also prevents explosions from chaining together.
You have a lot more fire extinguishers than you need, but it can be difficult to balance and too many is better than too few. More than four per compartment is probably wasted.
Multiple control rooms is a good idea, but two next to each other is wasted since anything that kills one will kill the other. You also don't need more than two crew per CR.
Those engines are not the most efficient, but you probably chose them for aesthetic reasons, which is your choice. Still, you could probably work some engine rooms into the design, which would help.
