RedAndCosmoteer A massive spike of bright white pure energy rippled out from the last known position of the contact, onboard radars and communications systems go offline and some of the onboard computers fry due to having taken on two much energy. When the system operators reboot the systems "ship" was gone and had fully dissipated but large amounts of energy left behind indicated a FTL jump was done.
