A long time ago...In a galaxy far far away...On multiple planets life started forming.It took ages for life to become intelligent.Though it created Humans on some planets, Humanoids on others and completely different species on other planets...
The humans and humanoids were first to develop.Soon they found out about the existence of each other and started competing in space...
Until one day when...A lucky man was named President on first the Human side,and then after some time the Humanoid side.
The two sides united,creating The Planetary Republic.
Laws
The Planetary Alliance is mainly Democratic.
The laws are split into Articles, creating a Constitution.
The Government can change it if ALL parties approve.

Government
1-1: The government is a Democracy (Right-Wing). If there is a non-democratic (Left-Wing) party,it will be automatically dissolved.
1-2: The government must make a conference to change the laws. If a party is missing from the conference, it will be Veto-ed from the respective conference.
1-3: The president can control the Navy if he chooses to.
1-4: The Alliance is made by more planets that act semi-independently. Each of these planets has to have a governor of their own species.
1-5: For a law to be accepted, there must be an approval of more than 50%.
1-6: Presidents are elected each 5 years.
Worker and family rights

Worker's Rights
1-1: All of the workers are going to be given a medium wage and a home.
1-2: The workers can freely choose their job.
1-3: The workers have the right to take a vacation. The vacation can't last more than 1 month per year and can be used in sessions for more but shorter vacations.

2-1: Food and water are to be sold in shops or canteens.
2-2: Food can be also cooked at the respective person's home.
2-3: Water is free and can be obtained from local water dispensers.
2-4: The maximum amount of weight of a man is 125 kg. and of a woman, it is 100 kg.

3-1: Kids receive a maximum of 100 Dingor per month until the age of 18.
3-2: Kids can't be abused.Any type of abuse is punished {See article 6}
3-3: Elders receive 2500 Dignor per month as a pension.
3-4: Everyone is free to express their opinion.
Civilian and military

Civilian flight
1-1: All civilian ship pilots have to have a piloting certificated. If they don't, the ship will be confiscated until they get one.
1-2: Documents must have the P.A. symbol on them.If they don't,the pilot is to be punished. {see Article 6}
1-3: Documents must have a pre-planned path (Ex: From respective system to respective system). If they don't have a path, it's going to be punished under Article 6-5. The bigger the path, the more money the pilot got to pay.
1-4: Civilian ships will not exit P.A. territory. If they do, they will be considered Outsiders and be shot-on-sight.

2-1: The military isn't allowed to hurt civilians. Soldiers who try this will be punished by death.
2-2: The military is never going to leave their garrisons. Only when there's a war with another nation, only a part of the troops will leave.
2-3: The navy is not allowed to shoot civilian ships.
2-4: The navy is not allowed to persecute civilian ships.

3-1: The ship industry is mobilized. Everything is working at full speed.
3-2: The ship industry is going to produce what is being currently ordered by the Alliance.
3-3: Only these companies can design ships : Calamari Heavy Industries ; Rostov'Don Industries ; Xappa Industries ; Rwthana Light Industries ; Erimus Civlian Industry.
3-4: During the industrial mobilization, all useless workforce is to be directed to the ship industry.

Hacking
1-1: Hacking other people is outlawed in the Alliance. If you get hacked, please report this to the closest police station.
1-2: Hackers get punished with 15 years in prison.

Crime Punishments
2-1: Any attempt of murder is punished from a minimum of 10 years to 30 years in prison.
2-2: Any attempt of abusing children is punished by 5 years in prison.
2-3: Killing a governor is punished by Death.
2-4: Any attempts of stealing are punished by 5 years in prison.
2-5: All documents must be legal and not be expired.If they've expired, the pilot must renew them immediately. If the document has no seal, the pilot is arrested for 2 years in prison.

Anti Corruption Ministry
3-1: Corruption is not allowed in the Alliance. Any financiary income greater than the regular month's usual income is going to be punished with 10 years in prison.
3-2: If the President himself is corrupt, he is to be punished with 5 years of prison.
3-3: The Anti Corruption Ministry can't be dismantled.

4-1: The police is split into 2 categories : space forces and ground forces.
4-2: The police is allowed to arrest and detain criminals.
4-3: The police is not allowed to arrest citizens without evidence.
4-4: Citizens must pull over when a police ship/officer tells them to. BUT they can only do this twice per day.

1-1: Official currency : Dignor. Any other currency is to be changed to 1 Dignor if the respective person has gone to the bank.
1-2: The other currencies are to be Null in this nation.That means they are worth nothing,but they can be changed.
1-3: 1 Dignor is equal to 1 Euro.

Trade Within The Alliance
2-1: For a trading to be done, there must be exchanged a resource for a resource
2-2: A planet must EXCHANGE a resource with a planet that hasn't got that resource or that lacks it.
2-3: Trade will only be done by qualified pilots with a special trade licence.
2-4: Any pilot that attempts to trade without a trade license has his cargo confiscated and must pay a 500 Dignor amend.
2-5: There is no import or export tarrif.

3-1: Taxes are low. On average, 300 Dignor per month is the price to be a medium-class person.
3-2: Salaries are to be given on average 1300 Dignor.
3-3: Avoiding the tax for a month increases it by 50% the next month.
3-4: Avoiding 2 taxes in a row equals to prison for 5 years.

1-1: All races have the right to change these articles corresponding to their race : Article 2,3,4 and 5.
1-2: There are 3 options when governing semi-independently. Alliance's Main Democracy System (A.M.D.S); Self-Democracy (S.D.) ; Self-Monarchy (S.M)
1-3: However the S.D. and S.M. are semi-directly controlled by the A.M.D.S. . Though when a S.D. or S.M. race entacts a policy, it must be approved by the A.M.D.S.
1-4: S.D. races will be like a normal Democracy. Only some of the Alliance's laws apply to S.D. . They are semi-independently acting.
1-5: S.M. races will act like a monarchy. The monarch got control over all of his race, though he can't subjugate them. The monarch doesn't require a big sub-government. It only requires a Monarch and a few governors.

Technology
Sensors : Advanced sensors. Can detect even cloaked things or detect things that are about to jump seconds before they jump in.
Warp drives : Portal-based warping. It's really efficient and can warp from galaxy to another. Doesn't require a hyperspace lane. Can warp everywhere.
Planetary Shields : Both armoured and energetic planetary shields. They armoured planetary shields work with massive gates in orbit and they even cover up themselves. The energetic planetary shields, however, work with grounded generators that are very strong.
Super Weapons : Galaxy Gun.
Interdiction : Prevents things from warping away. Also prevents them from warping in, sending the ships that try to warp in to some sort of void...
Space-Time manipulator : Manipulates time for only a about 30 seconds. While it is active, only some enlisted ships can move. The rest are kind of paralyzed in space. Anything that is shot from those ships will move and even damage the target ship.
Cloaking devices : They can be really efficient when trying to launch a surprise attack. The cloaked ships can't be seen. They only can be seen when their cloaking devices are not activated.
Jammers: They prevent our ships from being detected on a radar. It works very well with a cloaking device, due to it's ability to not be detected. Also hides transmissions, allowing us to send a private transmission.

Aldee
Common Capital
Aldee is the common capital of the Alliance. That means that all sides have a common capital. Aldee is also very easy to reach. The planet itself is one big city.
Hun'Dae
Humanoid Capital
Hun'dae is where the Humanoids first developed. They really put much effort on this planet. Now, it's well known for it's beautiful crystal caves. The whole planet is made out of 2 cities : Hun and Dae. Hun is bigger than Dae, however Dae has acces to more natural resources. Both cities are big.
Sankta Maria
Human Capital
Sankta Maria is one of the largest planets in the whole Alliance. It's also very industrial, capable of building large ships. It's very well defended. Hidden garrisons are spread throughout the whole system, making it really easy to defend one single point.
Numm'Dar
Insectoid Capital
Numm'dar is not a big planet. It's atmosphere is toxic to humans that are not equipped but very hospitable for Insectoids. The planet is made out of a lot of small cities.
Gadda Prime
Calamari Capital
Gadda Prime is home to the Calamari race. It's full of water, allowing the Calamari to develop. It has big underwater worlds that intruders won't reach quickly. It's very hospitable for the Calamari race, however not hospitable for other species.
Race Appearance
Humans
Humans are the major population in the Alliance. They make up to 40% of the whole population. They were also first to fully develop when the galaxy was still very young. They appear as normal humans.
Humanoids
They make up 30% of the whole population. They are pretty good when it comes to doing with what humans can't. They look pretty human but still have some animal features.
Insectoids
They make up 10% of the whole population. They are just bigger insects that look like humans and can talk.
Calamari
The Calamari make up 20% of the whole population. Their advantage is that they can live under water. They look like the Mon Calamari from Star Wars.
