AlmightyChaos I think it won't be good enough to past the testing, but it seems like you are on the right way. Also, fighters are hard to get into the mod, as optimalizing has a much bigger impact at low costs.
The second one however I wouldn't consider an improvement. Small rails are not that great, the second control room is not needed on a fighter, reactors are really close to eachother and some other flaws.
