Kinda disappointed that a lot of people are going for the rail gun, missile, kiter combo, I know its extremely effective but, idk just don't like them personally. And I certainly will not be adding them to the normal worlds. I'll let the arena keep those super META builds.

I know what you mean, it's hard to beat though since rails and missiles scale so well. Plus the AI is too dumb to utilize most ship types worth a crap. Maybe something with ions and lots of pd...

TheRainmaker Did not pass. There are a few issues need to be sorted out with this ship.

1) It does not need to have a Warp Drive
2) There is enough power to run the ship properly but because of part placement it runs out of power often.
3) Does not have enough fire power to effectively fight other ships in its price range, this can be remedied with an Electro-Bolter.

Shark's Tooth, a Railfighter designed for swarming, preferably 3 per ambush/attack and at times, will be able to challenge corvettes and light frigates.

Northerner Alright i upraged the design a little, allowing it to shoot longer, also is equipped with electrobolter (im quite not sure what you meant, it it can be destroyed with it or it should have one but i guess two options are true)

TheRainmaker Did not pass. You fixed the ammo issue but what I thought would help the design a lot was the add an electro-bolter weapon while keeping your other heavy blasters.

Alpha Did not pass. I don't have any particular issue with the design, I am as surprised as you are.

What other ways are there to post ship images? I don't really know besides Imgur and everybody else can post their ships without backgrounds.

AlmightyChaos just use the "Attach" button next to "Post Reply" it will error out like twice and then on the third time it will attach. its weird like that.

AlmightyChaos I think it won't be good enough to past the testing, but it seems like you are on the right way. Also, fighters are hard to get into the mod, as optimalizing has a much bigger impact at low costs.

The second one however I wouldn't consider an improvement. Small rails are not that great, the second control room is not needed on a fighter, reactors are really close to eachother and some other flaws.

AlmightyChaos Neither ship passed. Even if I dropped them down a tier they wouldn't pass, because I tried that

TheRainmaker Did not pass. That electro-bolter but you are still under priced compared to the competition. The cap of the tier you are currently in is 165,000. So if I was you I would spend that cash!
