Alpha (Drakador_Chaos)
The group eventually arrives at a room with a stronger-than-usual door, covered in the same bloody armor as the exterior of the ship... The android stuck its hand into a biometric scanner heavily covered in flesh and blood. The amalgamation of a machine activated a tiny mechanism with a fang attached to it, and swiped a bit of material off of the Android's wrist. The machine gurgled a little bit, then settled down, and the armored doors slowly separated.
Inside the room were a lot of consoles and computers, attached to fleshy veins and blood-soaked power conduits, with similar-looking androids busily working away on the machines. There was no question - this is a control room. Grisha tried to read off of the labels of one of the consoles, but he could not understand the language. The android walks to one of the stations, types in a few things, remembers something, and turns back to the Orcs.
"The situation as it stands: We have detected some odd phenomenon which could be self-autonomous in nature - in other words, sentient. It has also detected us, with a far better understanding of us than our understanding of it. This set of entities must be local to this dimension." A beeping noise... and the entire set of teeth sheathed and unsheathed menacingly, "Closest possible analysis is that of an unknown form of memory-eater."
The Orcs can see two shapes appear from the sides of the viewscreen - the two Frigates that accompanied the big ship! They have formed up in front of the Subcore, attempting to screen it from whatever it is that is headed their way now. "...With that said, likely next situation will be a combat one, if assumptions are correct."
