RedAndCosmoteer (Well of course it was a piece of The Machine, they needed to secure the area around it, but most of the time they don't send 1 Overseer unit, as really that's all that it takes XD)
(Also noteworthy! The bureau doesn't have any fleets, but rather uses TM to create and transport them when they need to, with crew being generated in the spot with their mission in mind already, if the ships are even crewed, which sometimes they aren't)
